They promised me that the dress I ordered would arrive for my high school graduation, and when it never came I tried emailing them, but they didn't answer until a month later, to tell me that my item was just then being sent out. Very frustrating because I had no use for it anymore and would have rather they just emailed me so I could get a refund. I instead had to wait until it got to me, then go through the hassle of sending it back. I understand that it's coming from Ukraine, and so there were some problems due to world circumstances, but I just wish they would have been more communicative.
