After reviewing your order we can see the order was placed Monday 14th August at 5:44 PM. Your order also qualified for our Free Shipping service.
As you can see in our Shipping information linked here: https://www.touchofvape.com/pages/deliveries your order will not have been shipped until the following day, Tuesday 15th August. Therefore, the expected delivery date would be Friday 18th August at the very latest.
On top of this, upon any orders that are placed, a shipping confirmation email is sent to the customer containing a link to track your order. From viewing this we can see that your order is still in transit and will be with you soon.
It is also worth noting that, as soon as we have sent the parcel via our couriers, we have no control over the delivery process and the point of contact for the customer becomes the courier.
If you have still not received your order by monday I would suggest raising a complaint with Evri quoting your tracking number and emailing us at internetsales@touchofvape.com to keep us updated with your complaint.

Great shop by far
Fast service, one of the liquids I ordered wasn’t available but the guys in the shop were more than happy to sort out another flavour for me when I went to collect. The click and collect in an hour is also a great feature which I didn’t know was offered. Never had a bad transaction A***

Perfect Service
I order from this place regularly for collection and I’ve never once had an issue, the order is always ready to collect quickly and they’ll hold onto it until I can pop in and my order is always packed neatly in a nice little bag. Prices also match anything I can find online so why pay postage when I can come here?

Best vape shop in Coventry
I’ve been to Touch of Vape in Coventry many times and every time has been a pleasant experience. They obviously care deeply about customer service. Not only that, but they have a decent range of kit and e-liquid and their prices are excellent. I’ve moved away from Coventry now but still make the hour long round trip there rather than order online. Thoroughly recommend!

I went in looking for a device which they didn’t have in stock in the Coventry store. Steve rang the other store that had it in stock and made arrangements for it to be posted to my house!
