Excellent product with fast delivery. Feel more confident charging my EV now

Quality product, on time delivery.

Sent my order out super quickly - and then ignored all emails asking for help getting the lead to actually work. Ended up requesting a refund and that's also been ignored. I got the lead working in the end but only in one socket and you have to press reset every time to get it to work, but very disappointed. As a small business owner myself I wouldn't have a job if I just ignored my customers!

Saved my bacon! I am all here for family run businesses, and not the devil amazon!!!!

I will continue to get supplies for my electrical needs from this supplier.

I reached out to Tough Leads with a last minute query for an event. They responded straight away and gave valuable advice about what we should do - trying to keep costs down for us. Adrian and his team then stayed late one evening to build a unit for us and got it posted straight away. The service was 5* and we would definitely use them again.

Just had my second granny charger with Rcd plug delivered . Only needed a second one as damaged the first myself and wanted the same product as was so good. Use it at least a couple of times a week for overnight charging and has been brilliant . New one delivered super fast , thankyou

Got the type M extension for my Vitamix drinks machine from India with a plug adapter Amazon and eBay didn't have from what I saw tough leads had the type M plug adapter I'm now drinking the smoothie while writing this review the delivery was one day 🤔💭😅😅👍 so thumbs up for that speedy delivery

While I'd recommend the product on its own merits, I also wanted to call out exceptional aftercare customer service from Tough Leads, over a year after purchasing the extension lead.

When a faulty third-party charger cable burnt out both itself and part of the socket, Adrian at Tough Leads was kind enough to send out replacement parts free of charge, despite fault lying with another company's product.

Arrived from Austria with our hybrid realised that a travel adapter plugged into the domestic car charger was a very dangerous option. Thought we could get an adapter at a garage or car supplies but they just sell the complete cable for £160 pounds. Bought a Schuko CEE 7/7 short connector cable for less than £20 from Tough Leads and can now charge my car overnight without causing a fire. Super service. Answered my mails swiftly. Royal mail took longer but we got it in 3 days. If coming from Germany or France buy the universal cable and just plug in. Super!
