When researching granny chargers for my new plug-in hybrid, I found the Tough Leads website which is full of thorough, impartial explanations of what's what, and I learned all I needed to know here, unlike other sites which just push sales. I'm always loyal to companies with strong customer service and excellent products, and therefore bought my charger from Tough Leads. Adrian is so helpful and shipping was very quick. Can't rate this business highly enough.

I ordered an adapter but had left it really late. I emailed Tough leads with my travel date. Adrian got back to me and assured me he would despatch it straight away. True to his word it arrived today! So it was very straightforward to place an order but more importantly what great customer service!

Ordering is easy customer service excellent despite it being an email service. Product ordered is as described heavy duty outdoor cable and dry case. Worth the money . Would use their services again.

The granny-converter (!?) looks to be a very solid job and excellent value for money. But I would really highlight the exceptionally wonderful service. It must be so irritating to be asked for fast delivery at the last minute and in peak travel panic season. But it was done!

Contacted the company via email and was instantly replied to by Adrian. Adrian helped me find the exact cable I needed and solved the problem very quickly. Highly recommend this company.

Bought cable before for my Ami. Both cheaper and a better quality than others. Greatest thing is they are local and seem to know what they are doing. I bought a euro to uk high current cable recently and same quality delivered.

I recently had a positive buying experience with Tough Leads while purchasing an EV Charger (Wottz 15m) along with some other accessories. The ordering process was smooth, and I received the additional items within just a few days, which was impressive. However, there was a slight delay in the delivery of the EV charger itself.

I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly apologetic, explaining that the delay was due to the manufacturer responsible for shipping the product directly to me. Excellent service. They had exactly what i needed for new hybrid car i had bought which saved me a fortune. The guy was really helpful and when i forgot to add a part to my order (totally my fault) they refunded me the postage on the 2nd order without me asking.
