Solved a charging problem for me both at home and in holiday cottage , no external power points and none near enough to the parking area for me to charge my new hybrid car.

Excellent quality, reasonable pricing, quick turnaround.

Only failure was DHL delaying my delivery by one day, not the fault of Tough Leads.

Top class service and product. I recently bought a BMw 530e plug in hybrid. The granny charger that came with it was only 6 meters long, not quite long enough to reach the plug in my garage. It’s £140-£160 for an appropriate lead. Then I discovered Tough Leads. I ordered a granny charger extension which is specially made by them with an RCD plug and top class wiring. It’s only £46 for a 5 metre extension and postage. I emailed asking if they could send it ASAP as I was going on holiday, the chap emailed back saying he will dispatch it that day and upgraded it to first class. I got it the very next day. They are in Somerset and I’m in Glasgow. Delighted and would highly recommend this company anytime. Thanks

Can't praise this company too much. As always, I left getting an adapter for an EV granny charger to the last minute before going on holiday. After wasting time on Amazon, came across Tough Leads. They had exactly what I was looking for. Ordering was easy, followed by a quick confirmation. My bad, I had accidentally opted for 2nd class post. Quick email to them, and it was sorted without fuss, during a bank holiday weekend. Adapter arrived this morning, Just the right product at a good price, coupled with top customer service. Strongly recommend.

We ordered some important parts for our work and paid for the express delivery.

2 weeks later, still no sign of the items and there is no phone number to reach.

We are suffering loss of business every day.

Quick dispatch, kept upto date with real time tracking. My external extension double socket arrived in perfect condition and we now have our hot tub back up and running with sound mind that we have a good working trip on the lead as well

A really great product.

I purchased the extension lead with in line RCD for a EV granny charger and have been using it for about 2 weeks.

The delivery was fast and the product handles the charging of my EV with no problems. There is some ambient heat from the plug and RCD unit but nothing to be concerned about, and nothing that isn't to be expected given it's taking 10A for 20 hours at a time!

I have no safety concerns and no concerns in relation to the products specification or effectiveness.

I'll be buying more products from Tough Leads in the future. Next up, an EV to load adaptor, which I am confident will be another great product.

I needed a slightly longer cable length to the meter from the marina pylon so that the meter would lie flat on the marina deck. Tough Leads said no problem and no extra charge. Meter arrived as ordered in a few days. Great customer service.

Only took two days to arrive. I ordered an EV Charger extension lead which was robust and well made.

i placed my order on 14th of April and paid via credit card, until today (2nd May) i have not received the goods. The shipment is listed as 'dispatched' but no further information. I sent several emails, an enquiry online and a Facebook message asking for status of my order and have not received any reply by now

Staff were extremely accommodating. I was in a rush to recieve the lead. I send them a email and they had it made and shipped straight away. I would highly recommend and will use them again.

Ordered not realizing the easter bank holiday was coming up. Reached out to tough leads and asked if they could expedite the order Adrian responded and advised they'd get this dispatched the following day - Item arrived two days after order. Outstanding service and the quality of the item is fantastic.

Ordered my campsite polarity reversal adaptor on Monday. I needed it in a hurry. Adrian replied very quickly that same day and informed me it was on its way. Product arrived next day. Excellent service and product quality. Highly recommend Tough Leads. Thank you.

Fantastic service from Tough Leads, ordered a 10m lead Sunday night, asked them if it was possible to get the lead to me ASAP as I was in a bit of a pickle.
Extension lead arrived Tuesday.

I needed an in-line RCD for an electric BBQ but with a higher milliamp rating than the one listed on the website. Adrian listened to my requirements and sorted out exactly what was needed. Communication was fantastic, the item was delivered quickly and has worked flawlessly since installed. Exactly what I needed. Will definitely use again.

This is the second extension lead for EV charging that I have ordered and both are great quality. Also ordered granny charger which is robust and well specified. Delivery was quick less than a week of ordering they were here.
