Poor quality, badly packaged ,wrinkles and folds from delivery not come off after months tried all advice provided and still nothing ,long wait time , customer service in basically non existent , feel conned , don't buy don't waist your money

Avoid this company. Quality is worse than poor and have been waiting since March 4th 2024 for refund it is now April 3rd 2024 and all I get as response is that its klarna holding it up and klarna say tough mats are not responding to emails

I am really pleased with my mats. I was originally sent wrong mats but now I got in touch with Jenny and she sorted out my new mats not a problem. 5stars for jennys customer service. How ever I received my new mats the following week and they fit smashing. Really pleased.

Ordered a full set of mats for my new Audi. The company, were excellent at keeping me informed of my order and delivery. We experienced an issue with delivery off one part of my order. The company were quick to respond and look into the matter. All in all, the product was excellent as advertised. Fitted well and looked great and was very impressed with their customer care. Shame others aren’t as diligent as this company. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

After only 8 months my front car mat is wearing out. So I've tried to email them and it bounced back. The phone number never gets answered. And the 'contact us' section is never replied to.
Nothing more to say, other than I won't be using them ever again. You have been warned.
