After only 8 months my front car mat is wearing out. So I've tried to email them and it bounced back. The phone number never gets answered. And the 'contact us' section is never replied to.
Nothing more to say, other than I won't be using them ever again. You have been warned.

Dear Customer, We're saddened by the 1-star rating, especially given that you haven't rated us based on the initial quality or fitting upon receiving your mats. Many of our customers have been using our mats for over a year without issue. Our mats are designed with durability in mind, and we include a footpad to prevent wear from constant heel pressure.
It seems that your usage may have been particularly rough, as you mentioned wear on the front driver's one. We understand that you may be looking for a replacement, but please note that our warranty covers replacements for wear that occurs naturally within a year, not for rough usage.
Regarding the email bounce issue, we're not certain if it occurred on your side. If you are considering replacing the front driver mat, we would like to offer you a discount. Please send us an email at ( Sales@Toughmats.co.uk ) with photos as proof, and we'll be happy to assist you in getting new ones.

Perfect fit. Top Quality
I received my car mats yesterday and fitted them to my Volvo XC60 immediately. They are excellent and a superb fit. They were easy to fit and the spare Velcro strips were useful to secure the sides. They are a quality product and certainly enhance the interior of the car. I have not had time to check if they have any sound proofing qualities, but on a short trip the cabin did appear quieter. I am very pleased with the product which were delivered within your timescale.

Service with excellence
I found the website while l Iooking for custom mats and made contact via watsapp. Jenny replied to my about my request and sent me the link to order the item of my choice. This is where customer service was first given with excellence, the company did not have my vehicle in their listed, I made mention on it and last that a day later my vehicle was added and I was about to process the order. I asked about putting a logo on the mat and that to was agreed and done with easy. The mat came and it was a perfect fit like it came from the vehicle manufacturer. I will recommend the company to anyone and I will surely do business with them in the future.
