My wife and I have just returned from our second TourCompass holiday, both within the last 6 months. The first was amazing, for which we wrote a deservedly glowing review, and as we embarked on the second we wondered whether TourCompass could repeat the experience. They did so and then some!

Our trip to South Africa, Zambia and Botswana was outstanding from the first moment to the last. As on the previous occasion, TourCompass were helpful and organised in the planning and booking phase, but delivery exceeded expectation. The ground agents were friendly, helpful and prepared to go the exta mile whenever needed (including when my wife lost her phone somewhere in the African bush) and were always on time, precisely where they were supposed to be. For the second time in our experience, TourCompass logistics ran like clockwork from beginning to end.

When it came to accommodation, and despite reasearch before hand, it was better than we had imagined. All three resorts were fantastic and in Zambia our room was just a 400 metere walk from the Victorial Falls viewpoints, which were reached after walking past Zebras and Impalas grazing on the resort lawns. Yet that accommodation was the weaker of the trio by a small margin. The other two, looking over the Sabi River into the Kruger National Park in South Africa and across the Chobe River in Botswana are (in our opinion) two of the most idyllic places on Earth, and we make that comment having been privilleged to experience many adventures, across all 7 continents, over the last 30 years.

We did the 2 week tour of California starting in San Francisco and driving to Vegas, while stopping at Yosemite National Park (amazing!), Monterey, Santa Barbara, LA and finally Vegas.
Everything went pretty much without a hitch, the car hire was great and locations were fantastic. My wife and absolutely loved it.
The only negative, and it’s only a small one was the location of the Hotel in LA. The hotel itself was great but it’s very close to the airport and there’s not much going on.
Other than that it was brilliant! Tour Compass were quick and happy to answer any questions or concerns and I would happily use them again

We went on a safari holiday to South Africa with TourCompass and it was amazing. Everything was well organised from start to finish. The representative in the accommodation and all the tour guides/taxi transfer staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend and will definitely be booking my next adventure through TourCompass.

We did a trip to Costa Rica, 4 different locations. Transport from each was reliable and on time. Hotels chosen by them were of a good standard and in great locations. It was easy to communicate via WhatsApp if needed.

We took the Highlights of Vietnam from North to South tour and were very impressed with TourCompass. Their communication was very good and the arrangements all worked perfectly. The local guides they arranged were all very good too.

An excellent trip and experience, right from booking through to the adventure. Everything went smoothly and the guides we had were all great and so helpful. Would highly recommend this trip and Tour Compass for anyone considering Vietnam

The holiday we booked in Vietnam was all and more than we expected. Communication between us went smoothly with no problems thanks to all involved.

We had never done an 'organised' tour before - we've always booked our own transport, accommodation etc ourselves, thinking we would feel rushed when part of a group. But a number of friends suggested that an organised tour would be the best option, particularly as the culture, language etc in Vietnam and Cambodia would be so different from anything we had experienced before....good advice. We have been extremely impressed by the whole package - the support given at the start when flight delays meant we missed our first day reassured us that things would be OK. Rearrangements were made for our guide to pick us up from Hanoi airport a day late and for the tour of Hanoi to be rescheduled for the next day. I can't remember the name of that guide we had in Hanoi but he was so friendly and made our tour of the city really interesting - loved the Water Puppet Theatre! We met up with the rest of the group the next day when we were heading for Ha Long Bay - being in a small group for some of the excursions was good fun. All our local guides were brilliant - particularly Lam in Ho Chi Minh and Sorphorn in Siem Reap; they had excellent knowledge, helped us to learn much about their country, customs etc and were sympathetic to our needs, particularly in the very hot weather! All the hotels were excellent (the one in Ho Chi Minh even had a free mini bar!) with extensive choices at breakfast. We were kept informed of arrangements for each day, suggestions for the 'free' days - everything was extremely well organised. We would certainly consider another 'organised' tour.

We completed a Safari to the Kruger in March 2025. Very well organised, great hotel, good food, fantastic local driver / guide and very well organised. I’d be happy to recommend Tour Compass

This was our first trip through a tour company and I was very impressed by the professionalism of both TourCompass and Discova, the local agents in Vietnam and Cambodia. The organisation and logistics worked like clockwork which was hugely reassuring. The guides were amazing (particularly Hai in Hanoi, Lam in Ho Chi Minh City and Arun in Siem Reap) and everyone we interacted with was polite, professional, knowledgeable and personable. The hotels were lovely (although we didn’t always get a view which was slightly disappointing) and food wonderful in all the hotels and locally too. Overall, we had an amazing time, loved hearing the guides’ personal stories, loved the people, culture and all the places we visited. I’m also really glad we chose to do the beach extension to relax after a busy tour.

Did exactly what was advertised. The whole tour ran like clockwork. The hotels great,tour guides fantastic and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience and good value for money. Would definitely recommend and will look at another holiday.

First trip to Vietnam and our first trip using a tour company so was a little daunted and unsure what to expect. Vietnam and Tour Compass didn't disappoint. Everything was so well organised, we could just sit back and enjoy. All the guides we had were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. They even kept us well hydrated with water as it was very hot. Their app was brilliant, it had all the information we needed to help ensure our holiday got off to a good start, loved the fact we could keep a diary of our adventure. We especially liked the fact we could personalise our holiday by adding extra trips. Our group consisted of 11 people, including ourselves, the others were from Scandinavian countries but they could all speak English. It was fascinating getting to hear about their countries. As a belated 21st birthday present for our daughter we couldn't have picked a better trip and are already thinking about our next adventure.

Well organised from beginning to end . The tour reps were first class very informative . We travelled from north to south Vietnam no hitches at all . Would book with Tour Compass again .

Everything worked! Guides were good, Tourcompass kept us informed. Their description of the trip was accurate (some companies over-sell!). It was VERY hot but good fun.

Excellent communication & easy of booking. The app is really helpful, easy to use and has some great features.
