Great process and speedy delivery from long established UK company. Fantastic communication. Trustworthy and no drop shipping. Would use again in a heartbeat. Ordered some fit flops. Didn’t have my size 6.5 so I ordered a 6 as they are open toed and they are comfortable and the branded quality is great.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am absolutely FURIOUS with how utterly USELESS tower London have been regarding my parcel. It was supposed to be delivered within 3 working days, we’re now over 3 WEEKS and it STILL hasn’t arrived. I’ve had 3 different dates advised for delivery within the first week of the order. It wasn’t delivered on ANY of them. I stayed home all day and night for all 3 days and NOTHING. When I use the tracking it constantly says ‘expected to be delivered today’ even when they’re not planning delivery. They told me if there was no movement in 7 days I’d be refunded. It’s been over 2 week since my last delivery update and they still haven’t refunded me. They told me to use the Royal Mail app to rebook delivery, the Royal Mail app says this isn’t possible. Now they’re telling me to go to my nearest depo and collect it but I’ve had no confirmation from Royal Mail that the parcel is even there and they ASSURED ME that I would be refunded if no delivery updates from Royal Mail in 7 days. Royal Mail allegedly told them directly (but not me) that they would deliver it on the 14th Feb. Again, I strayed in all day and night to wait for it even with the 3 hour time frame as I’m sick to death of this now, no delivery was attempted. They then told me I didn’t answer for the parcel which is BULL****, and now they’re just sending me recycled emails telling me to go collect it from a place I’ve had no confirmation that it’s at. Absolutely disgusting customer service, sick to death or going back and forth with them. Will NEVER use them again.
Now they responded with more recycled bull. Actually feels like banging my head against a wall trying to talk to these people. On top of it all I had to ask 3 times to raise a complaint before it was acknowledged and when they do acknowledge it they told me they’d ’noted it’. I advised I didn’t want it noted I wanted something done about it. They said they’ve asked royalty mail to investigate the failed delivery attempts and will take appropriate action if possible with the driver . GROUNDBREAKING. In addition to this, I’m mainly furious with how utterly USELESS and robotic THEY’VE been but of course nothing will come of that because they clearly don’t give a SH*T

From your tracking information it shows that Royal Mail attempted delivery on 2 occasions, but were unable to deliver. This is usually due to no one being available to accept a delivery, however, we have reached out to Royal Mail to clarify as per our previous correspondence.
As per your tracking, the parcel is currently available for collection. As Royal Mail has attempted delivery on 2 occasions without success, a third delivery attempt will not be made and the parcel will need to be collected from your local Royal Mail service point, as detailed on the Royal Mail tracking website.
The parcel has not been lost and so a refund cannot be issued at this stage. As advised, if you no longer wish to receive the order, please reject the parcel with Royal Mail and we can issue a refund once the parcel is returned to us. Alternatively, please collect your parcel as advised on the Royal Mail tracking site.
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
