I needed a very small part for an old tow hitch. They guided me through choosing the right one and sent it out very promptly.

I can't fault the service I received. The website was simple to use, the price was competitive (in fact one of the best I found) and the ordering process was straightforward. My order (trailer wheels) arrived faster than I expected, and was exactly per spec. No issues from start to finish.

I ordered 4 suspension units , when fitted them to my trailer they did not fit. I tel. and explained my problem the girl I spoked to explained that she understood my problem and would send the right units Which I would be charged for to fit my trailer .I explained that I had painted the original units and returned them . and was promised refund . I received an email saying I would not get a refund because I had painted them and they were second hand . I was very dissatisfied with the outcome of my purchase
