Couldn't have been more helpful.

Via the internet I ordered the item I thought I needed. When the package arrived it was obvious I had ordered completely the wrong thing. I rang Towing and Trailers's office and they couldn't have been more helpful, a replacement item was put to one side for me to exchange and all's well that ends well.
