Bogus company. Please don’t fall for it. Still fighting for my money to get refund. I paid 50% deposit (more than £1000) towards the quote I received for bathroom shower glass door to install as asked by the company before they come an do actual measurements. They also provided the opt out option and refund the deposit if the quote goes up after actual measurement. After actual measurement they provided higher quote, so opted out and requested for refund. It is almost passed 6 weeks now, constantly chasing on the phone for refund but they are telling lies that they actually refunded to my bank account. During few calls they told the MD is on vacation, will look into it after come back from holidays. Now taking action through my bank.
Don’t loose your money through such companies when asked for deposit without actually getting done the measurements. I learned lesson.

Booked this company in to do some minor decorating and joinery work on our home. At their request, I gave them my card details on a "pre-authorisation" basis in the expectation that work would commence on the agreed date.

That did not happen.

Instead, someone showed up for 5 minutes to "assess the job" and then promptly left. I then discovered that my card had been debited £82.80.

They were charging me their minimum on-site hourly rate for a quote. I did not agree to this, and would never agree to this. Who in their right mind would PAY for a QUOTE??

Anyway, I've now raised this as a disputed transaction with my bank because this is clearly a scam.

I notice their Trustpilot is littered with complaints about unauthorised transactions. And unlike the glowing positive "reviews", you can tell they've been written by real customers who've had real experiences with this company.

As has been noted elsewhere here, this is a company that is using different names on their website (Townforce), email address (Pro Improve) and bank details (Central London Plumbing). If that isn't a major red flag, I don't know what is.

Moral of the story: do not under any circumstances give these guys your card details.

This company sent round somebody to fix my boiler. They didnt fix it and it was a complete mess and charged me over £1000.
PLS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
Note that they dont answer the phone with the company name to keep themselves under the radar.

The company website is so good it has so much information and provides so many different requirements, all in one place which is really good.

Horrible, engineer came out advised new valve needed said they would call next day with quote and arrange time to attend property. Called them multiple times, each time they told me they would call me back with a quote and time to come install the valve.

3 days later and nothing.... on to WPJ heating

I cant recommend this company enough for boiler repairs . After having two disastrous local company’s come and do repairs , which ended up without a boiler for nearly a week- waiting for parts {over £500 spent} without resolve. I also have having 2 small children at home it wasn’t an ideal situation .
