Shitty scammers

I Got an offer, to cheap and to good to be true.
A backpack for 7 euroes!! It wouldnt confirm my payment, and denied it the 2 times I tried!
Now Ive been charged 45 euroes in a Pet shop, Even though I never heard of the site, and I have no pets!!!
It isnt refundable, and I committed for a months membership!! Thanks for taking my money scammers!
I would have gived You zero stars, if that were possible!!

I had to contact customer service to…

I had to contact customer service to cancel my membership. I spoke with Ryan, who was extremely friendly and professional. He understood my reason and processed the cancellation without any issues or unnecessary questions. He clearly explained the next steps and sent me an email confirmation. Although I won't be continuing my membership, Ryan's service was excellent.
