I'm so impressed and pleased that Toy Assemble shipped my Figure so fast !! Service second to none ! Definitely will purchase future releases from them.

First order and i'm not only amazed by the product itself. The fair price, the safe packaging and the fast delivery all add to my enthusiasm.
Just to be clear, it took 60 hours between my order, the shipping (Hong Kong) and the delivery (France).

It came just as described and very safe and secure packaging cheaper than most sites for sure. This is my second one I bought from here. They have great customer service and we'll help you with whatever you need help with and they will answer all your questions, the shipping is insanely fast. Overall , a great place to get your figures.

What i like the most is that you tell People the true ..if a recent launch figure is no more in stock you posted a message sold out or pre order.
You dont try to get a sell and then making waiting and waiting the customer weeks or even months to fullfiled the order in order to get money. I really apreciatte that.

I had previous very bad experiences with other HK stores like POP collectibles and toys wonferland.
They don t care about the customers at all they just want to sell even when they don t have the figures they say they have in stock.

This is my second order with Toys Assemble and I cannot recommend them more, another Hot Toy (C3PO - AOTC) came in brown shipper and very well packaged on top of shipper. Arrived in perfect condition and again 3 working days delivery time from Hong Kong to UK!!! Unreal service and always respond to questions quickly. If you are planning a 1/6th or collectible purchase I would recommend Toysassemble.

Toysassemble is a very reputable store. The transaction is quick, the packaging is careful, and the shipping is fast. Even the photos of the packages show that the communication is friendly :). This is my second purchase from them, and it's always a pleasure. I recommend it 5☆.

We discovered this store a few months ago and I must say that we were very impressed by its professionalism and reliability, the prices are really excellent, the shipping is very fast, the packaging is impeccable and they always reply to emails very quickly and give you every possible explanation... I think they are currently the best.

This is the 1st time we have made an order from toys assemble. My son somehow found these products and was excited from the very start. We finally caved in and said he could have one for his birthday. Cue the excitement. It’s one of the easiest company’s I’ve ever ordered from, it also came within 3 days I think, to which I was astonished. It was expertly packed and all the bits, even small, dainty parts were all fine. Will definitely be ordering again!!

If you can stomach their prices you won’t find a better shop to buy from.

Amazing customer service, very fair prices and super quick delivery. I have ordered multiple times and will always come back. I recently ordered a standard edition of deadpool. Unfortunately the stock ran out after I placed my order but they were kind enough to send to upgrade to the special edition!

Ordered Hot Toys wolverine classic browncand tan, delivery was fast well packaged and figure in perfect condition. I also liked when they were packaging my order they sent me pictures, 10 out of 10 would order again.

Great and prompt service. Parcel arrived only a few days after being dispatched. Couldn't ask for better. Would definitely recommend.

I'm fairly new to real collecting, and was a bit nervous about ordering from an not so mainstream company. But I will say everything was awesome. Firstly shipping was instant and also included pictures of my order being boxed and labeled. Then it only took three days to get to me (I'm in the UK). Judging by this experience. I will definitely be ordering from toys assemble again. Also the prices are fair, if I wanted to buy my item from UK retailers I'd be paying about £500 with free shipping but, with toys assemble I paid £270 all in (shipping varies). If you're into hot toys and don't want to spend more than you should I recommend toys assemble. I have not been paid to say any of this this is my genuine review.

First time ordering from Toysassemble. I was apprehensive but very happy once the figure arrived. Shipping was lightning fast and communication was fantastic. I will be back.

Been ordering from these guys for a while and they’ve been great. Often times I order one day, they ship the next day and arrives the following (I live in the west coast so packages tend to arrive quicker on my end). I haven’t had a problem with them, highly recommended
