I bought 2 Hot Toys figures: Sam Wilson Captain America and Mantis from the Christmas Special. I received the package really quickly, within just 4 days. I only heard about this store’s website recently, so the figures that are scheduled to be released in the future I already pre-ordered from other places. However, I definitely want to order more figures through this company in the future. Thank you very much!

Amazing experience! Their customer support was super fast when I asked about shipping — they replied almost instantly. Huge variety of figures in stock, including hard-to-find ones. Ordered the recently released T1000 Hot Toy on Saturday 10th and it was in my hands today (Weds). Unbelievably fast delivery from China, with continuous updates via DHL worldwide. Other sites that had the figure up for preorder are still months away from sending them out. So for Toysassemble to send one out so quickly, without having had a preorder on it, is fantastic. Genuinely can't fault the experience...
To the point where I didn't want to leave a review, just incase they get too popular and the customer service starts going downhill. :)

This is the first China Reseller i have ever bought from. Usually i always buy from sideshow. I have bought 5 hot toys figures from Toysassemble since finding this website within the last year. I bought my hot toys joker 33AE, Jack Sparrow DX 39 AE, BVS Batman 2.0 MMS732, RoboCop 3, and Feral Predator. Each figure was received within 1-2 days after my order was placed. Amazing communication and customer service. They have gone above and beyond to make my buying experience as amazing as possible.

My second time buying from them, they answered all of my questions and shipped very fast; both items arrived in 4 days from the time of ordering. I'm going to buy all my figures from them from now on.

I pre-ordered the Hot Toys Exclusive Clone Commando Gregor. Got him in hand 3 working days after release. That's incredible. Shipments within Germany often take longer. The package was also packed very securely. I'm 100% satisfied. It definitely won't be my last purchase.
