5 stars for Jyoti who was very helpful on advising what identification and information I needed to provide for my first drawdown of my pension, hopefully draw down does not take as long as taking lump sum did and the headache of having to call TPT weekly.

Very helpful responses from Andrew, he could answer my questions in the chat about my pension and was very helpful. I have also been pleased to access up to date valuations etc on my historic pension via the website.
UPDATE: Since I wrote this review, the part of TPT that sends emails has been deluging me with contradictory and misleading emails about my pension. It seems this part of their computer systems is in meltdown. That is not what I expect for a firm licensed to look after people's savings. I will put in a formal complaint.

Ritika attended to my request. She made it very easy for me to understand what I need to do to get what I want and also what caused the problem I was trying to resolve. I must confess I was not happy at the time I placed the call but the calmness and friendliness with which she explained the situation of things to me made me happy that I took the decision to reach out.

I wanted to know what had happened to my 25% tax free sum. It was missing from my balance but I've received no communications to say what's happening to it. I understand the sum will be credited to my bank account by 3 days time. In the age of almost instant bacs transferring of money, 3 days is extremely excessive!
Also, I'm having trouble finding the 'tpt app' recommended in the letter received recently.

The person I spoke to was really helpful and understood what I needed. Very good experience.

I requested a transfer of pension out on 11th Feb and nothing has happened since. Why do TPT not respond on a timely basis, surely 2 months with no action is not deemed acceptable? Why do you hold on to people's money when they chosen to transfer.

Based on my past and today's experience, the customer service here is exceptional. They go over and beyond, treating each call as if their lives depends on it.

The advisor I spoke to today treated my query with passion and ensured he took me through each step until everything was resolved, and I was satisfied.

I was concerned about filling in the forms correctly there was a lot of choice and options which sounded similar to the one I had chosen.
I was guided through a few sections and helped with the option I wanted.

The information provided by Ismail of TPT was first class. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in sorting out my financial issues and I was grateful for the simplicity with which those issues could be resolved.

I made two phone calls to TPT on two matters close together and both TPT people were friendly and professional and clearly answered my question in the first case and came up with a workable solution to an issue in the second case. Well done! Thank you!

After a few problems accessing the website to review my pension, the wonderful assistance of the helpful lady at the other end of the phone managed to resolve my issues. My own fault, really, it's too easy to get yourself confused...but a little patience and some guidance from you works wonders! Thank you!
