Reliable.

It's the first time i have had a parcel delivered by TrackingAce and I have to say, it seems so much better than the usual couriers out there.
I was kept informed from dispatch to delivery and it was perfectly delivered on time. That, to me, is the main thing. There is nothing worse than waiting for a parcel and its 2 or 3 days later than you expected.
I hope to be able to use TrackingAce again. It seems to be very reliable which is a refreshing change.
