Hi i placed an order for next fay delivery 5 days ago on the 12th i checkedcthe tracking it said its been delivered on the 12th off may and it us not then on the 13th off may delivery due today than on the 14th off may it said delivery today between 2 and 3 pm did not come than today on the 15th off may i called they dundee office in the morning some lady called patricia said she is got no time for delivery today then i callwd at 2pm she said i got the time between 3.30 and 4.30 for delivery today well somehow i dont think is coming i will see thats poor customer service i waited 4 days for delivery still not here im not happy customer and would never buy from trademart again

Disappointed – Missing Free Item and Poor Customer Service
I recently ordered from Trade Mart, and while the main product arrived, the free item that was clearly advertised as part of the offer was missing.
When I called customer service to ask about it, I was told the supplier didn’t send the free item — and that “I paid for the product, not the freebie.” The representative was rude and dismissive, offering only to take the product back for a refund if I wasn’t happy.
I understand supply issues can happen, but this should have been communicated upfront — not discovered after I chased them down. The tone and attitude during the call made the experience disappointing.
I hope Trade Mart improves communication and customer support going forward.
