delivery was incomplete without information about missing item
Address was incomplete, only the street name and no door number, although detailed information was provided. I was lucky that the postman was very good and he knew mw well. very disappointed :-(

My apologies that there is some confusion in regards to our warehouse system, all of the larger "Bulk" items are stored at a larger warehouse and are dispatched separately. I can confirm that the customer service team received your email yesterday and will chase this up with our bulk warehouse and get back to you as soon as possible today.
In regard to the address on your order, this is pulled electronically from the ordering system, using the information you provide at the check out, I will raise this with our fulfilment warehouse as I can see all the provided information is on there system. If you are able to email us a picture of the label that was on your package this would help us with the case.
