I have had issues with Tradeinn
Ordered a bicycle tire with the description that says ”ETRTO 32-622” but Tradeinn sent me a 50-622 tire and claims its not their problem. They wont update the description and they want me to pay for return costs

I ordered a UK size 10.5 what arrived was a UK women’s 10.5.
These shoes were not described as women’s specific sizing.
Under consumer rights act these were not sold as advertised.
The communication of trade inn is a disgrace, I seem to constantly get an automated robot reply which doesn’t recognise the breach of contract.
I would like a full refund including my postage as I was sent out an incorrect item.
I have stated the automated returns process and still waiting for a response. Also when I try to accurately convey my issue in the dialogue box I’m not allowed to send it because apparently I’m not using standard Latin! This service is honestly a joke.
I will now be contacting the UK international consumer centre to open a formal complaint against trade inn.
This company is quick to take your money, slow to deliver and impossible to deal with if problems arise. Buyer be warned!
Update…I have now compiled all the evidence to prove that the item purchased was not as described and opened a case against Trekkinn.
EU law states that the seller is to cover the cost of return in the event of an item being sold incorrectly. These were women’s shoes size 10.5 and not listed as such. I was led to believe I was buying a standard UK 10.5 men’s shoe.
I understand the case will take 6 months or so to deal with. For me it’s not about the cost of return posting but it was the way my issue was handled, single handed the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I’m sure as a reader you will see Tradeinn’s response below seems like it’s a standard AI response!

The pricing is usaually good compared to other shops, a four star rating for that, but the delivery and customer support is a one star. When you conntact them / it , the answers is just bad, it doesn't feel like they look in to it, just reply in a very nonspecific answer that doesn't help or clerify anything and the days just passes. I have been wating for a part for my bike får 11 days now, and the part was in stock. And this is not the first time this happened.
Response to Tradinns answer : Their is a picture of the parcel and that it was sent 10 days ago, it also says that it has reached the destination country, at least 3 days ago.

Said carrier lost product. Will not refund me because they think thats not their problem. So if you buy a bicycle thats worth $10000 and they "lose" it. You will have lost all your money because they will say thats not our problem. Which is essentially just theft. STEER VERY CLEAR!

The company replied with a generic message about customs and delivery times, but failed to address my actual issue.
My concern is not about delivery times or general customs policies. The key point is that the product is still in Spain and has not yet entered the international shipping or customs process. I contacted their support team immediately while the order was still at origin, requesting a reasonable solution such as cancellation, interception, or a price adjustment after the significant price drop.
This request was denied, even though the order was still within their logistics control. As an international customer, this situation is particularly unfair because the declared value directly affects import taxes. In my country, import duties and taxes can nearly double the final cost of the product. By refusing to adjust the price or cancel the order while it is still in your warehouse, the company is not only overcharging me for the item, but also significantly and unnecessarily increasing my tax burden.
I am requesting a fair and proportionate solution, such as adjusting the order price to the current listed value or providing equivalent store credit. The company’s promotion of “competitive pricing” creates an expectation of fair value — a standard that this situation clearly contradicts.
I await a direct and concrete response to this specific issue.
I purchased a product from TradeInn (RunnerInn store) for 898 BRL, and just a few days later the exact same item dropped to 637 BRL.
I contacted their support team immediately while the product was still in Spain, requesting a simple and reasonable solution: cancellation, interception, or a price adjustment.
However, I was told that no changes were possible after shipment — even though the product was still in Spain and had not yet entered the international shipping or customs process.
For an international customer in Brazil, this is even more problematic. Import duties and taxes are calculated based on the declared value, meaning the higher price also results in higher customs charges. A price adjustment would have reduced both the product cost and the tax burden.
Additionally, the company promotes an “easy return” policy, but for customers outside the EU, return costs are extremely high and impractical.
This leaves the customer with no realistic solution:
- unable to cancel
- unable to return without significant financial loss
- forced to pay both a higher product price and higher import taxes
This is not only about pricing, but also about transparency and fair treatment of international customers.
This review reflects my experience as an international customer outside the EU.
I am still open to a fair resolution.

TWO MONTHS LATER AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THEY JUST IGNORE ALL MY EMAILS AND CALLS. DESPICABLE.
Ignore their "nice" replies. They know exactly what I'm talking about and have completely ignored my requests to get a refund. They have no intention of resolving my case.

Delivery estimates are a complete joke.
They love to say “these are only estimates,” but my first order hadn’t even arrived at their warehouse by the promised delivery date — and nobody bothered to tell me.
My second order is now four weeks overdue. Naturally, they claim it’s “not their fault,” yet this seems to be a recurring pattern. The items are no longer needed, and when I asked for a refund I got the same cold, generic reply: just keep waiting.
This exact same thing happened with my previous order.
Never again.
And their reply below is just empty promises, that they will check. Same as previous emails. Nothing will happen. And same as many other reviews here.
And again their reply ignores the facts. The delivery company was chosen based on the delivery dates given by them.
People buy things for a particular holiday when it comes to diving equipment and Thai holiday is no over. I have no use anymore.

Returns are denied upon delivery, and sent back to you.
I made a return of a expensive jacket that was too large for me. This is a costly operation returning all the way from Norway to Spain, aswell as the work involved filling out the customs declaration.
To my big surprise Tradeinn simply denied receiving the package upon delivery.
The message from the courier states: "Rehusado. El destinatario ha rehusado aceptar el envío y se procede a su devolución"
And the package is now on its way back to me. Tradeinn is ignoring my messages and have only sent an automated message.

Scam do not trust this company! No way to return products ZERO customer service..just automated AI bots that post the same answers. After spending around 100 USD on shipping and import duties, they send the wrong items - then you need to pay for returns and they will not replace your product only "refund you". Absolutely shocking company. Placed an order at a 3-5 day delivery time, which took 14 days to be sent & 19 days to arrive. I emailed asking for a refund on delivery costs (£8.99 btw!) to which I was met with a dismissive response saying ‘this is only an estimate’. Whilst I appreciate that, I’d expect better for such expensive delivery and the very least they should inform clients if there will be a delay.
I then returned the item because it didn’t arrive in time and got an email to say it was received and a refund would be issued in 3-5 days. 15 days later, absolutely nothing. I emailed customer service to ask where my refund was and was just sent the same generic bs about how the refund was received & will be issued in 3-5 days.
Absolutely shocking company. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Even if an item is cheaper here, please save yourself the hassle. Over 2 months later & it’s still rumbling on. Absolute joke of a company.

I bought a product, and it hasn't even arrived in Brazil yet. It is still being held by MailAmericas, who is already demanding tax information and providing contradictory status updates.
I have already informed both companies that I want to cancel and return the item because of the abusive fees being pre-calculated. Even though the product is still in their possession (it hasn't reached Brazilian Customs yet), Tradeinn refuses to guarantee my refund, claiming they are not responsible for the package's fate.
How can they deny a refund for a product that hasn't even entered my country? They choose terrible logistics partners and expect the customer to pay the price. I paid via PIX and I want my money back. Stay away from Tradeinn and MailAmericas!

This is my third bad experience with this store. My order #65290731 for $119.31 USD has been stuck in transit since January 20, 2026. The tracking has not updated for months, and just like before, customer support is doing absolutely nothing. They refuse to take responsibility for lost shipments and hold your money hostage while "waiting for the carrier."
Do not trust this shop with your money. They don't care about their customers once the payment is processed. I am still waiting for a refund that likely will never come. Stay away!
Update: Now they're just giving template answers here too and doing nothing. Draw your own conclusions.

Honestly, the service is terrible. My product is almost a month late from when they said expected delivery was and I had already gone with them in the knowledge that their delivery times were longer than others but they are cheaper due to this.
Their tracking gives limited tracking details, so my product has apparently been in my country for over a week but no information as to why it has seemingly not moved or where it is in the process now
Their customer service, in response to my queries and frustration just send a generic email saying use the tracker. No apologies for the huge delay, no further investigation. Just a generic reply.
Do not use them. Wish I had listened to other reviews.

Failed to deliver 2/4 items of an order. Support was useless as they sent a copy-pasted message about returns in Spanish, failing to explain what happened to my order. The ai tried to gaslight me that I never ordered those items.

I purchased a product which developed a fault shortly after normal use. I followed the seller’s return instructions carefully, and the item was sent back using their process. Tracking clearly shows the return was delivered to their warehouse, so there is no doubt they received it.
Despite this, the handling of the return has been extremely slow and frustrating. Communication has been inconsistent, and most responses felt like generic templates rather than proper support. At times, it seemed like the responsibility was being shifted elsewhere instead of addressing the issue directly.
There has been no clear resolution within a reasonable timeframe, which is unacceptable considering the item was returned and received weeks ago. The lack of accountability and transparency throughout the process has been very disappointing.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise other customers to be cautious. If you do choose to purchase, it is wise to use a credit card to ensure you have additional protection in case something goes wrong.
Unfortunately, this experience has significantly affected my confidence in this retailer, and I would not feel comfortable ordering from them again.

Estimated deliveries are not close to reality.
Multiple extended delivery eta's and then no eta.
Customer service had no idea where the package was, just that it was in transit. Contacted them many times and no useful information was provided.
Over a month and still not in my country, tracking has not been updated in over 3 weeks....
Item was in stock and had a 1-2 week delivery estimate. I would not use Tradeinn if you need something on time.
I can maybe understand if the shipping was free but it was not.
