Item never arrived and have sent several emails asking for a refund and keep getting back that my item will ve with me shortly..... do not buy from this company

I ordered a couple items, got a receipt and have not received my order. I have emailed them and no response, emailed again and no response. Must be a scam

its a scam. fortunately i paid less than £60. but its a lesson to be learned and i thought i was quite savvy. im going to see if i can get my money back from my bank. facebook should be sued.

This company is a disgrace. How could Facebook let them advertise when all they are is thieves! Hope they sleep well at nights after stealing hard earned cash from pensioners.

Going by the reviews looks like I've been scammed aswell ordered a item 9 weeks ago and still nothing sent email after email I get the same reply it's in transit

With no confirmation of order and reading the reviews, I had to report this to my credit card company. Please report to credit agencies. Never order from unknown companies ever.

I ordered a Photo Booth on October 28and never received it. So I too was scammed it’s so sad that companies don’t deliver the products that they say they will. It’s my fault for not being paying attention. But this will never happen to me again, I promise you.

Placed my order in good faith. No response when I’ve tried to request tracking or any information. I believe this is a scam so will be asking my bank for help. I also plan to submit bad reviews daily. Shocking.

Order item from this company and have been told my order is on its way. Ordered beginning of November 2023 still no sign of goods. Like everyone else feel l have been scammed as checked and this company was only registered in August 2023.

Brought an item from RUNTOO LTD had a receipt and order number, tried calling them but no response, emailed them and still no response. So I just take it that I've been SCAMED by these people. Well disappointed, FB Should ban this company.

Like everybody else on here, I was also scammed!! 26th October they took my money. Contacted them twice, they told me it has been shipped and to be patient. After reading all these reviews I now realise it is not going to arrive. Why is Facebook letting these scammers rip us off????? Quick to take my money and nothing ever arrives. ANGRY.

Ordered something on the 10th November. Received email confirming payment. It is now the 19th, chased them up both by email and phone. The number stated on the receipt is constantly turned off and no reply to my email.
This company is based in Leicester and have only been running two months. The Directors seem to be Chinese. I can only assume that this is a SCAM. So please do not buy anything from this so called company.

This company stinks. Whoever they delivered to, it wasn't me . The tracking numbers aren't even close to any address I recognize. I ordered 5 sets of products and clearly I'll never get them. This is the last time I do business with those chinx.. ill dispute this with my credit card company for a full refund. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE CLEARLY A DISHONEST AND DISREPUTABLE SCAMMING COMPANY.

I ordered from this company October 5th and still haven't received my order. I have spoke via email only to be told they will speak with logistics and given a tracking number. They supposedly delivered my item to a completely different island!!! I emailed again requesting a refund and got told I would get a response in 3 days it's now been 9ver 3 days and no response!!

Is there an option for negative stars? SCAM SCUM!!! Shame on you for taking advantage of people that actually work for a living! Its our children that don't receive these gifts that get hurt the most! Despicable!
