If I could give 0 starts I would. Ordered from them in October,received an email receipt from runtoo trade ltd. Item delivered to a part of the country 300 miles from my shipping address. Numerous emails sent and no response. Currently looking into reporting this company to try and get a refund. Many more reviews saying they also had problems. Terrible company

I ordered a present for grandkids.Took the money.Goods never came and when I emailed they sent me tracking info order had gone to a completely different location or so they say.This company needs stopping.Absolutely fuming and I intend reporting this company this wants stopping ripping people off.

Please please do not use this company. Its a scam. I am just in the process of tracking the home address of this vermin and I will post it once I get it.

Ordered something earlier this week and got sent an email by trade ltd they withdrew the money, although later I tried to message them in order to request a refund since on second I got a bad feeling concerning this company. Texted them multiple times. No reply. I'm honestly really disappointed since I was excited about the product. Turns out I most likely got scammed. Truly ridiculous.

Would have to be the worst compony to deal with I got PayPal involved and they sent the item within 5 day after a 3 month wait .
STAY AWAY YOU WILL HAVE NO END OF HEADACHE.

I purchased an item from this dishonest company. Web site does not state company is no Hong Kong. Received item broken. They blamed damage on Fedex. They packaging it horrible. The item looks nothing like what it was advertised to be. Received replacement item. Even worst than the first one. Chinese CRAP. Buyers Beware. Very Dishonest Company.

If I could give them nothing as a star it would be given. I listened to what they had to say and then gave them $1000 to start my account. Well I changed my mind and contacted them for my money back. I hadn't even filled out any of their forms!! So never ever give them any money. You will never be able to get it back off them. I’m on LTD and really couldn’t afford to do it but you think ok I’ll give them a try. They caught me at a bad time and I really shouldn’t have given them the money without researching them first. Please do not get involved with this SCAMMING company!!

I wouldn't even want to give them any star at all as they are pure conman and scammers. The trade managers charm you off your money and lose you all you deposit and they keep telling you to put more money so that you can get something out. When you want your money even if your account has got money in they will tell you that it needs to be authorised for you to withdraw it. They are scammers, never do business with Trade Ltd. They are thieves who don't care what they are doing to people's lives at all. All they want is for you to part with your hard earned cash. WARNING - NEVER TRADE WITH TRADE LTD!!!!

If you want to lose your money – this is a great way to do it! TradeLtd ‘managers’ are trained to be charismatic and influential but don’t trust what they say – they want money and convinced me to open trades that resulted in loses, then expected me to continue to deposit more. They didn’t care what impact this financial loss had on me. TradeLtd were happy to give me advice about what to trade but when they went bad they expected me to keep pumping in more money. From my experience with TradeLtd their focus is on their own success, not that of their clients. They claim not to take commissions but they take their profits from what they call ‘spreads’. They need their clients to keep trading and the longer the trades continue, the higher the spreads become, resulting in a profit to them, but not necessarily to their clients.I wanted to trade low risk and not deposit more than a few hundred dollars into my account but the very day after I opened my account and deposited $200 USD I was told that the funds were insufficient for trading and I needed to deposit more – from then on, TradeLtd constantly pressured me to continue to deposit money – claiming that I needed to deposit more money or I risk losing everything because my margin level was too low.
I trusted TradeLtd managers and listened to their advice and I ended up losing thousands of dollars from my account and ended up with nothing – not even my deposit.
If you are new to trading, be very careful, do your research and don’t trust what TradeLtd tells you. I had five different trade ‘managers’ because each time I refused to deposit more money, I was assigned a new trade manager who told me that it was their job to recover my money – of course, that never happened. Finally, I lost everything and they profited thousand. TradeLtd are not licensed in Australia. They don’t have a proper complaints management section – my complaint was addressed by the ‘trading expert’ who said ‘that’s what happens in trading’. They didn’t acknowledge my written complaint or address the points I highlighted about my trading experience – they brushed it off as simply me complaining because I didn’t profit. I was even asked to provide my credit card details over the phone – which is completely against anti money laundering laws. Of course, I didn’t.
When I questioned why I had to deposit thousands of dollars to start trading, although their trading levels start off at $200, I was told that if they start their trading levels at $1000 this would discourage people from joining. This is deceitful. TradeLtd website indicated that large amounts of money aren’t required to continue trading however I was constantly pressured to deposit more. One of the trade managers told me that there is only a 10% success rate in trading – so there’s a 90% chance of losing all of your money. I was told this after several discussions with TradeLtd managers – of course they don’t disclose this information. TradeLtd called me almost daily from Mon – Fri but when trades went bad, I would not receive a call for a week or two – then again they would pressure me to deposit more money. Their staff are trained to talk – not act. They claim they can help you make a profit – and you can achieve small profits, but they convince you to get into trades that take a long time to recover so that their spreads increase. My experience with TradeLtd has been stressful and for the most part unpleasant. I do not feel that TradeLtd acted in accordance with my personal financial situation and trading ability. I was misled, as I expect are many others, into believing that I didn’t need to deposit a lot of money to achieve some success. TradeLtd had visibility of my account and could see the constant downturns until they closed my final trades resulting in a negative balance. Yet, I was frequently told by TradeLtd ‘managers’ that it was their job to recover my deposit – they didn’t do their job, they just kept expecting me to risk losing more! After I had lost everything and complained profusely about how my account was ‘mismanaged’, TradeLtd offered to deposit $12,000 USD to may account under the condition that I continued to trade until they achieved at least $6,000 USD in profit – this is fraught with risk and a way to maintain my equity so that I can keep trading and TradeLtd can keep profiting. This is just another way that TradeLtd tries to convince their clients that they are acting in their best interest where in fact they lock you into an agreement for an indefinite period that forces you to continue trading. I requested to negotiate on this offer but Trade Ltd did not accept. Notice that when they reply to reviews on line – they always make the same comment instead of actually providing an explanation or justifiable response? Be very careful and be prepared to lose.

Tradeltd is certainly marking many of people's reviews for marketing purposes. it is too late, everyone knows you are scammers!

Real company name is Bushido from Estonia and operations in Austria with no license to operate in both countries. There are warnings against them in both UK and New Zealand!!!!

Update!!!.. TradeLtd replied to my email and broker contacted me and said they will put $30,000 in my Wallet... after losing about $100,000.
This shows me what a scam this is! Don't fall for it! They put this money in a "wallet" that does not exist and then you lose it again! We will not stop until the money is given back and shows in our bank accounts! We are not stupid to play that game again!

Still no reply from TradeLtd. They are still insisting that they put $30,000 in the so called "Wallet", however they asked me to sign a paper that says I will not file anything against them to be able to use this money... oh wow! I am still insisting on them to give back my money and to see it in my bank account now that I am broke!

TradeLtd have still not returned my money. It's all gone! Now they are just ignoring me. They know you cannot get your money back! Now I am getting calls from FAKE lawyers saying to put money so they can get my money back. They are basically part of the scam as well! Don't trust any lawyer that tells you to pay them first to get your money back. Don't trust any lawyer online for that matter!

They are a thievery corporation.
They took from me 10,000 USD.
They promised me to recommend the best investment to earn money every day, then anybody call me.
Take care... this is a scame.

TradeLtd is a scam.

I put in some cash to test it a few months back, but soon realized that not only is this 'libra method' not real, they won't pay back/let me withdraw my money.

I've emailed them for months and sent them a number of documents that they've requested in order to pay me back, but they allways come up with new reasons to not do it, or new documents that need signing.

Not only are they refusing to pay me back, but they've also taken some out of the account.

Steer clear of this scam.

When dealing with weaker currencies against the dollar, it becomes a mountain to climb.

I participated in a webinar last Thursday for the beginners and I must say that was awesome. Many thanks to our coach - Daniel. He is a real professional with outstanding teaching skills. He managed to explain complicated terms in simple words. And the questions section - it took about an hour, but he answered all the questions from such a newbie as I. Daniel is a very inspiring person. Even after 3 hours' webinar, I logined to my account and watched more educational materials. It was in the middle of the night, but I was full of energy and enthusiasm to continue my learning process. These guys are real experts, highly recommend their educational program.

I don't use Tradeltd's services often but it's very good when I do. I have used others and those online platforms are not easy to use. I was not an investor prior but have managed to become one and made gains with the help of Tradeltd customer service. Great interaction, definitely the happiest that I have been with a big company's customer service in a long time!

So far, so good, the website is smooth and efficient. The customer care response to me so far has been fantastic and inspiring. Since I started using Tradeltd I've come to notice it has been reliable and trustworthy to use. If you're thinking of trading, think Tradeltd, their customer care is second none, a big thanks to everyone over at Tradeltd.

This company trade ltd one of the most honest company's I've ever come across in all my 62 years they have no morals whatsoever I am disabled which they know with a severe brain injury and they used that to scam me out of every penny I have and left me in debt they took money from my credit card account and my bank account leaving them both empty I have repeatedly complain to them but they have come back with lie after lie after lie saying that money has been returned to the bank or credit card company when it hasn't very aggressive in in the while I get funds out of you this is happened to me I have heard of hundreds of other cases where people have been conned and funds have been taken as I said before they have no morals they have no empathy they don't care if you're starving and can't pay your bills which was the situation and let me in I have anyone to do not have anything to do with this company I have only David company one star because you can't give them 0 stars which is what I would have done
