I have been using Williams for 10 years now. Staff in the Ashford branch could not be more helpful but prices are way to expensive now. I have been forced to switch to Screwfix. Sorry Williams I can't afford to use you anymore.

Not sure about great experience - very few things are in life. But the staff at the branch in Ashford are first class. Always cheerful, have a sense of humour and certainly knowledgeable about most of the products we have to deal with. Prices are good too.
