I went through the order process, uploaded artwork and entered delivery and billing details, the order failed at the payment stage with "unknown error". Checked card details and all correct so tried again twice, same thing. Used the Tradeprint chatbot to try and resolve the problem..useless...contacted Customer Services and they advised to log out, clear cache and cookies and start all over again, I did that and the same error occurs.
Time wasted? about 30 minutes total.
Order now placed elsewhere.

Over the years that I have dealt with Tradeprint, I usually deal with Alan Beattie he has always gone above and beyond on many an occasion. Replying promptly to any enquiries and solving any issues effortlessly. A great company to deal with.

We have been dealing with Alan Beattie for our companys bespoke printing. He is always quick to respond and offer advice and to keep updated on order status making ordering with tradeprint a simple process.

I required my university magazine to be printed in bulk. I had some concerns prior to going ahead with my order, mostly to do with formatting and understanding the process, and Tradeprint service colleague Callum Fairweather was super helpful. Not only did he answer all of my questions promptly, he did so with genuine politeness and relatability. And thanks to that service, I went through with my order.

As for the product, it arrived in perfect condition and was printed how I wanted it to be. If I need more bulk prints doing, I'll come to Tradeprint again!

Oh, and my product arrived two days ahead of schedule, so thank you for the efficiency!
