Customer service is good, but don't expect express items to turn up in time, they struggle to fulfil their obligations time and time again, despite the prior warnings that it is needed, never an offer of a refund despite paying a premium for the service

Over the past 8 years Tradeprint have printed more than one million A5 16pp Booklets, for our business.
Given this volume of work, there has been little or no problems, throughout this time. Assisted by Graham Webster from Tradeprint, they continue to print for us 20,000 booklets every month.

I’ve been ordering all types of printed materials from Trade Print for a number of years now and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The print quality is always excellent and every order arrives on time. What really sets them apart though is the customer service. Alan Beattie, in particular, has been exceptional. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure my Royal Mail leaflet drop jobs are submitted correctly and delivered on schedule.
