Pump arrived with euro plug , called twice and spoke to support , no one called back so ended up paying an electrician to change the plug as we needed the pump urgently

Took a week to deliver, first line of the address was wrong and UPS managed to deliver to that address in WC1 ignoring the fact that apart from the building name being wrong the street name, town and post code were correct. Tradepumps.com took no responsibility for the carrier and took a further 5 days to get the pump to us. Bearing in mind we paid for a next day delivery this was not acceptable, we all make mistakes and we believe you should be judged on how you put them right hence the one star review.

The pump is good but the free offer brass connector was not in the box. However; I shall be needing another pump soon and I hope you do better.

I was very pleased with the speed of delivery.

I copied the position of the float switch cable in its clamp very carefully but it didn't respond the same way as a working pump I already have installed.

Lowest price for the pump I bought and fast despatch plus free shipping. My only (minor!) criticism is that I didn't get any updates about my order on the website or by email, but shipping was confirmed when I contacted customer service.

We order an item that turned out not to be in stock , lead time 3 week , slightly unfortunate.
The communication is a bit hit and miss however at the 10 day point we have found something that will work and we do now have a solution .

Found the pump required from this company at a good price so purchased it. Later the same day I received an email telling me the pump wasn’t in stock and on a 3 week lead time, I was offered an alternative albeit significantly more expensive. I declined and requested a refund which I got although had to wait a number of days before it happened. Why not show stock availability.

On contacting Tradepumps the advice given was most helpfull and concise and very helpfull. I ordered the pump required, it was delivered the next day without any issues.

Started first time. Use on my allotment to pump water up from a bore hole. I have filled 5 IBC s twice ( first to flush them out) in record time. Great little pump Very lightweight to carry around. I’m very pleased with it.
