Good customer service with rooms for improvement
I heard about Traders Trust from my friends and decided to give it a try. Customer Service team is available 24 x 5 and gives good support. However, there are certain aspects which are not ideal:
1. Website advertised that deposit and withdrawal by credit cards are accepted. But in reality, they aren't available to clients from a number of countries, like China, Singapore etc. This info is not mentioned anywhere on their website.
2. Web portal is used to serve clients, and there has been access issue occasionally due to SSL outdated. Other brokers already started to provide app for easy access, but Traders Trust have yet to catch up with the trend.
3. 24 x 5 customer service is good. But there are brokers already providing 24 x 7 customer service, which will be more ideal.

Honest to God, hand to heart i'm not being paid by anyone but the fact I mentioned this many is going to think that I actually was regardless. Imo customer service is always prompt and available. Their leverage and bonus is really good that is mind boggling. They even adjust the balance every time it is in negative. I hope they don't change it in the near future but can improve on the spreads

All the responses were great and helpful, except one that was missing the day before yesterday and I´ll have to send again tomorrow. Mmmm.. well... That was one of 20´s I´ve already sent! Well, the truth is,if you made a deposit with them as they recommend, you really have it in your account and, in my personal experience, I asked and had my first withdrawal in 2 days, just that easy. So I feel happy with this broker. It´s honest and professional.
