everything works smooth!

Support is great. Provides all the features that allow me to focus on executing my system without the headaches that come with for prop firms and my own personal account.

Love Traders Connect. I used to use another copier and even though it was bought and paid for a good few years ago, I have stopped using it as I find Traders Connect so superb in so many ways. like how it works (do not need to load software on the VPS) to its accuracy and intuitive and rapid set up as well as ability to make quick changes.

Customer support is also excellent

Best Trade copier out there for CFD firms along with connectivity across different platforms and Prop Firms, been using it for 2 months now and Griff has been really helpful in sorting out every issue there has been.

Hey guys, I've used tradersconnect for a few months and it's been good. Even when there has been some small challenges, the support team has been quick.

The tool works very good, and it's especially easy to use. All online, the support is fast. I usually handle the tool through my phone, it really is convenient.

I write this review to thank everyone at the team and Gary who are doing an amazing job, I recently had to solve something with support and it was very very fast and SOLVED.

I requested a refund because I subscribed to use a specific feature but realised they don't have it. So I requested a refund and it's been almost a week now and support is just shafting me around

Oh come on no need to feign ignorance. You very much do have a user with my exact names on your database. I have written to and been going back and forth via email to your staff support Griff since December 17 2025.

The customer service team is awesome.

If I have any issues, I always feel confident in reaching out. Though, most times the information is already available on YouTube or the rest, but I'm the type of person that prefers chatting my way through problems. They are awesome.

I was struggling to execute the same price on my live & funded accounts
i was using multiple tabs it's okay if you are at home and have your laptop. but a nightmare if you do it from your phone. So Traders connect helpt me link my live to my funned accounts and it works perfect you can even adjust risk per account. and the customer support is very helpfull thanks for your help Griff :)

Trade copying my prop firm accounts has been extremely profitable with Traders Connect. I'm multiplying my profits everyday. Today I had a technical issue, I contacted support, Griff was able to help me resolve the issue quickly before my trading session began. This company is awesome.
