The platform feels polished and better experience than most other tools out there for trading, best is the mobile platform is way better to use and very few other available on mobile.

I would rate it a zero if possible. Random fills and closing of positions, severe lagging with charting, and absolutely zero help with support. They just blame it on Rithmic and close the ticket with no exchange of information. I do not have those issues with other platforms using that data service.
Tradesea.ai had Trustpilot remove my previous comments for being suspicious activity! What is that?!

What I like is polaris and multi time frame selection option. Also in compass where I can add notes for every trade. Just waiting for the update where I can add tradingview indicator without script code.

after a loss on a trade, tradesea automatically locked me out even though i did not have any risk settings set to do that.
that prevented me from taking another trade that was a winner.

they have potential, but until they fix slippage, errors, reversing positions, disappearing orders, or at least reimbursing their VICTIMS, please do yourself a favour and stay out. even topstep is better and has no slippage at all.

edit: i'm not posting SAME issue again, i'm posting each time i get a NEW issue with you, also mentioning old issues. This time it's tradesea preventing me from regaining my loss and locking out at -450$ without me having any risk settings set.

Actively working to solve this? "your ticket has been archived, we hope we've helped you to the best of your satisfaction" is what i got on all the previous issues.

If you'd want to solve it you'd fix the issues instead and compensate the losses to traders. But you won't do it.

As a lot of people, i got scammed with their fake "slippage". While using LIMIT ORDER.

Slippage, app bugs.
They should advertise lubes with the slippage they got. Worse than that, the app is also buggy. Set order of 10 mgc , set TP and SL. When it hit my TP, suddenly 2 mgc reverse position opened by itself and put me in minus. Requested to look into it, they sent me complicated graphs that did not explain why was reverse position opened if I only set TP and SL.

You know what's even worse? They're taking down these honest reviews instead of compensating for their incompetence. Less than 1* rating.

Tradesea's smooth and works great. Trade from charts works really well. Loving it so far

As a trading platform, tradesea is excellent.
Their dashboard functionality is the best I have seen so far, with tradelogs etc all fully integrated.

My only gripe is their support, which is a tad slow. You either contact them in discord or email, but its slow in response time.

Also, I really wanted to check the main email ID I am trading from as an account on the platform, which is not possible they mentioned. That seems kind of strange, as I accidentally linked it to my work email ID as that was the chrome tab I was logged into at the time.

Update: My issue has finally been resolved. Thanks to bruno, but I think the process should be faster.

I don't know if the copy trade works between different prop firms,, but if works, would be perfect for me!!!

Killer platform, it’s great for every trader and it’s very responsive.

Never had an issue and it became my main platform to trade right away.

When the price hit SL, my SL simply disappeared. I don't recommend this platform to anyone; it's a scam.

Tradesea is actually decent. I’ve tried a bunch of platforms, but I keep coming back to this one because the UI doesn’t give me a headache. It’s simple, it works, and the features feel intentional rather than just bloated. Good stuff.

how do i start this? well i was a topstep customer! i loved topstep! got me some decent payouts but unfortunately, they derailed from customer satisfaction. projectx started failing and failing hard! the platform itself was lagging, freezing etc. causing people to blow their accounts when not being able to close trades. i then moved to lucid trading (the best out there!). i was already trading lucid through tradesea before the announcement. all i gotta say! since i moved to a different firm and platform, i have NO COMPLAINTS! BEAUTIFUL PLATFORM, FAST EXECUTION,REAL TIME DATA, VERY USER FRIENDLY AND STRAIGHT TO THE POINT! BEST OF ALL, ITS JUST LIKE TRADING VIEW/PROJECT X WHICH MAKES IT AWESOME AND VERY EASY TO USE! it also has the same features, lockout feature, risk management, copy trading. ALSO i love the compass feature! its a real time score tool they add for us traders, as in for us to see how we are performing, it includes, win rate%, recover factor, consistency score, etc. the journaling part is awesome as well, it reminds me of tradezella but the best part is all included and for free!!! TRADESEA HANDS DOWN THE BEST!

bad fills, didn't fix my issue and made me take a 700 loss without even trading for the day. trash platform

pretty solid platform catering to most of the traders need. Solid Ui with great features. Team is very active on socials and are ready to help when required. I'm sure they will improve it further as the time progresses

Really enjoying my experience with TradeSea so far. The platform is smooth, easy to use, and the overall trading experience feels reliable. I especially like how simple the process is and how trader friendly everything feels. Great work by the team.

Platform, really good and easy to use. I love how I can do my charting and trading in the same platform.

User friendly

Great service, they listen to the community and they do a lot of work and improvements on their plataform.

But they really need to address and fix que filling and slippage.
