Great Customer Service after my ordering mistake
I ordered an item off Trade Store Online but when it was delivered, I had to decline it because it was teh wrong item.
Despite this being my mistake, Trade Store Online were helpful in showing what I'd ordered and then once the item had been returned, I was refunded the cost less a reasonable charge for returing it (which is fair).
I will definitely use this site again and would recommend Trade Store Online for their great customer service.
