The team were amazing and they were really good what they done

Prompt delivery, good prices, excellent customer service. One item was delivered damaged,customer service responded quickly, sending a replacement within 24 hours.

I ordered the insulation and it came the next day. The delivery driver rang me to confirm the delivery address and waited 5 minutes for me to return home.
This should all be no big deal. But after six months experience of renovation deliveries this standard of efficiency is incredibly rare. Thank you

Rapid delivery. Breathable fabric easy to use . Lightweight doesn’t tear. Used to line rafters to keep dust from falling onto newly boarded loft space . Bright and clean!

Ordered and paid for materials a week ago expecting free next day delivery, 4 days past, sent email enquiring where the materials are. They replied would look into, a further 3 days later again sent another email. Just had a email saying couriers have lost the materials and fully refunded the monies. With a disgusting comment "not so sorry for any inconvenience caused"
Absolutely disgusting customer service would not recommend to anyone.
Would not even give them 1 star.

I ordered a loft ladder for next day delivery. I waited 4 days and still hadn't arrived. There was no phone number to call them to discuss the order.
I emailed them to ask for an update and they told me the item had been damaged and there were now none left in stock, then issued the refund.

Poor service and I wonder if the refund would have been processed if I didn't chase them up.

This is the third loft ladder I have purchased due to the keen price, quality, timed delivery, ease of fitting yes the dogs (you no what I’m saying) Andy woodcock

Unfortunately I can give no more than 1 star due to the delivery and customer service I received, which is a shame as the product was good quality. I ordered 2 items on the Monday for next day delivery, I was emailed on the Tuesday to say the items had been despatched, and the product was finally delivered on the Friday at dinner time. The company basically stopped responding to my emails midweek, and washed there hands of it, and left me to chase the delivery company myself. The whole fiasco cost me 3 days on the job, and a whole lot of hassle. Couldn't recommend and won't be using again. Of course the company will respond saying they were let down with the courier's, blah blah blah, at the end of the day I bought the items from them, and they should be doing the chasing, not me. Avoid if it's a urgent item you require.
