No response to emails, no delivery. Where is my item?
No response to emails. No phone number. Ordered item before 1pm on Wednesday for next day delivery. No sign of it. Tuffnells say that I can't chase the delivery as I'm not the sender. How is this supposed to be resolved? I've got 2 tradesmen on site kicking their heels waiting. Disappointed because you were highly recommended and my first experience isn't a great one so far.
**Finally delivered** - still no response from these guys though.

Hello we are very sorry for the issues you experienced arising from the carrier DPD. Unfortunately despite us sending the consignment on a guaranteed next day service with DPD they did on this occasion damage the item in transit which meant the order couldn't be fulfilled - where we then offered to resend or refund the order.
