Bought a pair of roof bars and ladder retainers from TVA. Simple straightforward ordering process, good communications updating order status, quick delivery and the product is absolutely fantastic. Very easy assembly, no tools or instructions needed (1allen key provided) and roof bars seem sturdy and robust. All in all great product and a fair price with excellent service. Thank you. 10/10.

Ordered door spoilers. Dispatched within 7 days and 2 paid delivery service so they say. I'm into 3rd week now. Still no parts. Spoke to Tracey last week and she apologised ,said there was a mix up and thought I was picking them up even though I had paid for delivery. She promised me I would receive them end of last week.

Very easy to place the order, kept updated regularly with every part of the processing, rapid dispatch and delivery and finally the product I received is extremely good quality!! I’ve bought cheaper roof rails in the past which haven’t lasted but these seem very good sturdy and well made.

Had a total shocker dealing with this company. Had a part supplied that they wouldn’t supply wiring / instruction guide for. Then was told it would fail an MOT by and MOT testing centre. Trade Van Accessories have told us that we are wrong and refused to give us any refund or help to fix. We are left with a product that is gathering dust in the garage and a big hole in our bank balance. Customer service was awful - rude and blame on us. Avoid dealing with these people at all costs.

I made an error with my order and the team fixed it without any hassle.

Only one parcel received on Thursday 4th May - advised 2nd parcel would be delivered sometime by Tuffnell delivery company. Still waiting - planned on doing the job this weekend but no chance. Request £20 refund for delivery, as overpriced for no service.

Just bought new roof bars for my Ford kuga and Kayleigh was extremely helpful and understanding it made it a pleasure to deal with trade van accessories and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them and recommend them again and again

Received damaged side steps, no fitting kit that is supposed to be included, nor any instructions for fitting, again which are supposed to be included. Box was undamaged so the side steps were sent in a damaged condition. Furthermore the sidesteps look as though they have been used, scratches and marks of a previous installation i am guessing. Sent seller a message requesting a refund i will update this review once i have had a reply from the seller.

Ordered a new spoiler fast delivery…box arrived damaged upon opening the spoiler was damaged beyond use the packaging was totally substandard and not fit for purpose. Sent pictures of damage quickly they sorted a return courier and another spoiler to be sent out. Spoiler number two arrived box in good condition opens the box to find a second hand used spoiler with tape missing tape damaged and clear marks it had been fitted to another vehicle. Again I sent pictures and complained and was told to accept it or have a full refund which I chose to do. Had the company packed the first one correctly this would not of happened but they couldn’t even do that correctly and then to send a second hand spoiler as a replacement is utterly disgusting on their part my advice spend your money somewhere else because this company will send out nothing but rubbish when you pay good money you expect better! shame on you trade van accessories and train your staff better is my advice. If there was a minus rating I would award it to this company!
