Excellent Service!
I called TVA as I had a question about the fit of running boards for my car. I left a message and a request to be called back, which a very polite member of staff did within a couple of hours. My question was answered along with her giving extra information about delivery, which may be slightly longer due to weather related backlogs and the fitting service offered by TVA. As I intend to fit the product myself, I was advised that I could call if I had any questions, or book in for a fitting.
I placed my order on-line the same day and the goods were received within a couple of days.

Feedback
Currently mid way through the process and a little underwhelmed. I had been assured delivery on either the Friday of Monday and nothing and no communication apart from 3 requests for feedback.
I have just called to ask for an update to be told that there is a delay due to weather. I do understand and appreciate this, but some communication would have been appreciated, particularly as we have had to cancel a job due to this.
I am just surprised that getting feedback is more important than the actual service.

Really helpful on the phone before order, delivered slightly slower than promised on the site but still in good time, side steps seem good quality, but instructions could have been better and they needed some minor modification to fit round the rear heater pipes on Ford Tourneo Custom.
