⚠️ WARNING: TradeXMastery / GOAT Funded Trader – Unpaid Payout, No Refund, and Going Silent

I've been sitting on this for a month trying to handle it professionally. I'm done. The trading community deserves to know what's happening.

I've been a repeat customer of TradeXMastery. I trusted them. On March 31, 2026, I purchased a $25k Funded Challenge account for $161 paid in Ethereum through Coinbase. Same day, I submitted a payout request for $427.25 in profits I had already earned and was owed. One week later (April 7th) I get an email out of nowhere saying TradeXMastery is "merging" with GOAT Funded Trader. No warning. No heads up. No option to opt out or get a refund before it happened.

Then on April 8th I get a "Welcome to GOAT Funded Trader" email telling me my $161 towards a $25k funded account has been replaced with a $100k "Pay Later" challenge account. A product I never bought, never agreed to, and one that will cost me hundreds more in fees just to continue if I actually pass it. The account I paid for? Gone.

My $427.25 payout request has been sitting since March 31st. On April 17th, GOAT Funded Trader emailed me saying my "payout is safe" and I'd receive a detailed follow-up soon. It is now May 1st. No follow-up. No payout. And they have stopped responding to my emails entirely.

TradeX exclusively used crypto payments (Ethereum) and hide behind an "all sales final" policy. No chargebacks. No disputes. That's not a coincidence, that's by design.

Do your research before funding ANY prop firm. This is exactly why.

I paid for a funded account with…

I paid for a funded account with TradeXMastery, which was active and already in profit. We were told accounts would be migrated.

Instead, I was given a “Pay Later Challenge” through GoatFundedTrader.

This is not equivalent:

I have to pass a challenge again
I would need to pay again
My original account and progress are gone

This feels like paying twice for the same service, with no clear explanation of what happened to the original account

It was a horrible experience

It was a horrible experience. 1) I purchased my challenge in February 2026 and had to reach out to support because the challenged didn't show up in my account. It took until the end of March for them to fix the issue 2)I tried to place a trade and received error code "trading refused" 3) the chart was basically in correct. Tradingview showed price at 203.485 and Tradex mastery charts in trade locker showed price at 199.987. That's a huge difference 4) I tried to contact support and it kept telling me to log in even though I was logged in. 5) it tries to force you to accept its cookies otherwise you cant get to the resource page on the left hand side. $70 down the drain but a lesson learned.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with TradeXMastery.

My account was closed and both of my withdrawal requests (over $2,200 total) were denied due to alleged “copy trading” and “IP/device violations”, which I strongly dispute.

I traded manually, mainly US30 during NY session. I did not use any signals, copy trading services, or third-party tools. The reasons given were based on “correlation” and “similar timing”, which is very common in popular strategies and not proof of wrongdoing.

When I asked for concrete evidence (trade comparisons, execution data), none was provided. I was only told that their internal systems detected patterns, but no transparent proof was shared.

Additionally, despite public communication that pending payouts would be processed during their transition, I was informed that my withdrawals were not eligible.

Instead of receiving my funds, I was offered a new challenge account, which does not replace real profits.

Overall, this experience lacked transparency and fairness. I recommend others to be cautious and fully understand the risks involved.

Attention

Last year I was so profitable that I was regularly requesting payouts across multiple funded accounts in Tradexmastery. Everything was going great, but then out of nowhere in February my payout got denied. Reason given: copy trading. Which is complete BS, since I analyze and place all my trades myself. On top of that, I'd only placed 3 trades up until that payout request. Despite reaching out to them, I never stood a chance — payout stayed denied and all my funded accounts got banned. My advice: don't waste your money on a challenge there, better to pay a bit more at a legit prop firm.

TradeX full of excuses

Not happy with TradeXmastery. Originally started out with a membership to Akashx and used TradeXmastery as the prop account, only to find out later that they are owned by the same individual. Cancelled my Akashx membership because the trade signals were always losing more than winning. Passed the TradeXmastery challenge on my own, but TradeXmastery rejected my passing stating they said I was copy trading. I use a VPN on my home network for security reasons, and I also trade from my phone, so I was not copy trading anyone's signals, entering my own trades at my own discretion, but TradeXmastery still rejected my appeal. It seems they simply don't want anyone to legitimately pass. Their Akashx platform, which is MLM based, is 100% mostly copy trading. Highly advised to stay away from TradeXmastery as it seems they are simply trying to get users to buy their challenge accounts and not paying the individuals who legitimately pass, offering excuses that don't even apply. Buyers beware.

TRADE X IS IS NOT RELIABLE OR TRUTHFUL

So after receiving a response to my review saying that Trade X wishes to regain my confidence in the platform and how valued a trader I am, there has been no change. My account is still blocked and no payout is going to be issued. There have been multiple discrepancies here. At one point, there were supposed to be 8hr payouts, then it changed to 21 business days, then , 14 calendar days. There used to be viewable block chain payouts on the website, now there are none. The 6.4million in verified payouts has been the number for over 6 months! Everything about this company is scammy and I will never recommend them or any other people firm. It is best to find a broker that trades mini contracts and grow organically. I'm sure Trade X will respond with more fluffy words, which will still amount to no payout. STAY AWAY!

Still waiting for 3 payouts (2 from Octuber 15th and 1 from November 4th) and I just received the same ridiculous response from “Support Team” if we can call that support. To be honest, I do not think in that money anymore because I know that they will not pay me. But If you are thinking to invest your money on this company, please do not do that. Run away from them !!!!

Horrible Experience

This company used to be good. However they went the wrong way. I joined AkashX and they were all over TradeXMastery. I bought an account and traded with them. I passed the challenge and recently requested a payout that has been pending for more than 30 days. Customer Services just give me the same copy paste reply. Instead of going after TradeXMastery we should go after AkashX. They are definitely connected.

Insolvent - waiting for payout since 4 months

Seems like they are not solvent anymore. I am waiting since 12.12.2025 for 684$. Thats nearly 4 month. I wrote the support 3 times. They don't answer - they ignore it. It seems like TradeXMastery is not solvent anymore, because others also do not receive their payouts

Tradexmastery replied to one of my previous reviews advising to contact support to request this to be reviewed. So I did.. (again), simply to get the standard copy and paste reply so what was the point in that?!

Good afternoon,

Good afternoon,

I am reaching out to you with a serious request, as the situation has become quite distressing. A person named Krisztina Salánki has still not received her payment from you.

The situation is that I personally recommended Tradex Master to her, and her payment has still not arrived. It has now been delayed for more than three months. Unfortunately, the situation has escalated to the point where she is now demanding the money from me, and has even threatened to go to the police and file a complaint against me for deception and providing false information. I honestly understand her frustration; however, this situation is very upsetting for me, as I introduced her to what I believed to be a reliable and well-functioning company.

At this point, I truly do not know what to do. Of course, I would try to pay her myself, but unfortunately I do not have that amount of money available.

Even if the police may not be able to take serious action against me, it would still be a great shame for me to be accused of deception and misinformation. It would affect my reputation, bring shame to my child and my family, and cause me to lose the trust of people around me. As the owner of a larger clothing store, this is a problem I simply do not need.

I kindly ask you to please try to help resolve this situation.

Name : Salanki Krisztina

Wishing you all the best.

My payouts cleared the review stage…

My payouts cleared the review stage back in February, yet I still haven’t received any payment well beyond the 21-day timeframe stated in the terms. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I continue to receive the same generic, copy and paste responses, with no real update or resolution.

I’ve also noticed that others appear to be experiencing similar delays, with no visible payouts being processed for weeks. It’s frustrating to be told to simply “be patient,” especially when expectations were clearly set in advance.

The lack of communication and delay in payments is disappointing. While promotions and offers seem to be rolled out quickly, the same urgency doesn’t seem to apply when it comes to paying customers what they’re owed. I’d appreciate a clear update and a proper resolution as soon as possible.
