My experience with Tradex Mastery – Timeline

• I purchased several challenge accounts during 2025.

• I successfully completed one challenge and requested a payout of $8,550.

• The payout was initially approved.

• After this, the payout was reversed following what was described as a “secondary compliance review.”

• During the review process several different reasons were mentioned.

• When I asked for the specific trades or calculations that allegedly breached their rules, I was told the system used to determine this is proprietary and they cannot provide screenshots or raw data.

• For transparency I provided screenshots of the trades executed during the payout period and asked them to identify the exact trade that violated their rules.

• No specific trade violation was identified.

• Instead of resolving the payout dispute, I was offered another challenge account.

I believe traders should carefully review the rules and understand that payout decisions may rely on internal systems that are not disclosed to traders.

Payout Denied

My payout was denied under Section 10.3.10 because the company claims their software detected that my trades occurred within 60 seconds of other users, which they classify as “replicated behavior.”

This accusation is both unreasonable and unfounded. My trades are placed independently based entirely on my own analysis and strategy. The company has provided no actual evidence that I participated in copy trading—only the claim that my trade timing was similar to others. In active markets, it is completely normal for multiple traders to enter positions around the same time when reacting to the same price action or technical signals. Treating this as proof of rule violations is a deeply flawed and unfair standard.

What makes the situation even more concerning is that I used the exact same strategy and trading approach to pass the challenge and become funded in the first place. At that time, there was no issue with my trading behavior. Now, when it comes time to pay out profits, the company suddenly claims that the same activity violates their rules. This inconsistency raises serious concerns about whether these rules are being applied fairly or simply used as a justification to deny payouts.

The company appears to be making accusations based on assumptions rather than verifiable proof. Simply detecting that traders entered positions around the same time does not demonstrate coordinated copy trading. If that standard were applied consistently, it would implicate a large portion of their user base who naturally react to the same market conditions.

This raises an important question: am I being singled out, or are all traders who happen to trade around similar times being denied payouts as well? If the latter were true, it would expose a systemic issue in how the company enforces its rules. If not, then the selective enforcement of this policy is equally troubling. Either way, denying payouts based on such vague and speculative reasoning undermines the integrity and credibility of the platform.

DO NOT GET AN ACCT WITH TXM IF YOU WANT PAYOUTS

Don't ignore the poor rating of TXM and the never-ending discounts to a product that is not reliable! I started on TXM through an educational platform I am with and they ended the partnership towards the end of last year because of multiple complaints and it all makes sense now. I requested a payout of over $3K on 1/29/26 and still have not been paid. What makes this even more frustrating is that I know influencers in my trading community paid within 14 days, while my request continues to sit unresolved.

Customer service has not been helpful. They continue to say the accounting department is reviewing payouts, but they cannot provide specific answers, timelines, or updates. There’s no transparency in the process, and no clear communication about what’s causing the delay.

As a trader, you expect consistency and fairness in payout processing. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this prop firm to others.

WORSTE prop firm EVER!!

WORSTE prop firm EVER!!! I have requested my payouts more than a month ago with no luck! Customer support keeps in saying someone from the accounting team will reach out to me and no one ever does! They are easy to take your money but when it comes to paying out, they SUCK!!!! I would never recommend this firm to ANYONE again! After 2.5 months of passing an account

After 2.5 months of passing an account, I was told I failed it, the reason being that I breached their rules, which rule they wouldn't say, and after telling them I have proof that I didn't breach any rule, they stopped responding to my tickets. Any company that makes chats only one way (meaning you can't have a dialogue with them) GUYS, PLEASE NOTE, THAT'S A RED FLAG. Any company that does promos back-to-back with a lot of people complaining about payouts (a friend passed his funded account, and after waiting 75 days, he was denied his payout), guys take note, that's a fraudulent company. TradexMastery is just a Ponzi scheme waiting to collapse.
Better companies exist, like F-T-M-O. You can remove the hyphen to get the company name. They have a wayyyyy better rating, and I'm looking to save funds to get on board with them after these frauds wasted my time.

Unfair Account Breach & False Accusations

I had a very disappointing experience with TradexMastery.

My account was breached after I was accused of copy trading, something that is completely untrue. I trade independently and have done so for years. No clear or detailed evidence was provided to support the allegation, and the decision felt predetermined rather than based on a fair review.

It’s concerning how quickly the breach was enforced without transparent communication or an opportunity to properly address the accusation. From my perspective, it seems they are willing to find reasons to invalidate accounts rather than engage in a balanced and professional dispute process.

For any serious trader, trust and transparency are critical. Unfortunately, I did not experience either here.

I would strongly advise anyone considering TradexMastery to thoroughly understand their breach policies and how accusations are handled before committing funds.

I bought numerous accounts and I…

I bought numerous accounts and I finally got funded once I initiated my first withdrawal in September and It took two months to get my money where it states that it takes 21 business days which is disappointing itself because that’s a long time but also to be inconsistent and not reliable with timing. I decided to give them one more chance thinking they will be reliable with timing and I initiated my second withdrawal in November and it’s now basically March and I still don’t have my withdrawal approved. Highly do not recommend, they will load your emails up with promos for you to buy accounts, but they take months and months for you to get your withdrawal approved. When you try to contact support, it’s a AI generated customer service and now they updated it where they’ll close down your conversation because you have a open ticket prior to the same issue but they close that ticket as well. So now it’s basically no customer contact. Please be aware before you give them your money.

Fraudulent Company

This is the 2nd review I am writing in a month. This company is a bunch of scam artists. They pretended to anser my questions on instagram but would not contact me on their website. I have repeatedly asked to speak to someone via email or over the phone and they dance around it.
I passed a funded account very easily and followed all the rules. These @$$holes “Failed” my account because I used to many IP addresses. Just another excuse on their part to fail and not pay people their money.
Everyone reading this review please save your time and money and go else where. I know multiple now that this has happened to.
This company is fraudulent and awful.

I bought an instant account from them

I bought an instant account from them, managed to be profitable and on the chat they said they going to process my balance in 10 business day if its less then 1000 dollars.
I withdraw 700 dollars. 10 working days passed, nothing.
Texted them, this time they said its 21 business days.
21 business days passed I wrote them again. Sorry for delay, we will proceed in 30 days.
Now is over 2 months passed, still didn't get anything.
I have open ticket with them so I can't open a new one to discuss this further. And they closed the chat area on the open ticket saying that they will contact me. Never happened. I cant even answer.
Dont waste your money with them!

I sent a withdrawal request to Tradex…I haven't got yet my money. It's totally scam

I sent a withdrawal request to Tradex Mastery more than a month ago, but I still have not received any response. The status always shows "pending."

I also tried to contact them through email and support tickets, but their automatic system keeps saying the amount is wrong, even though I entered the correct amount for my inquiry.

I purchased more than 10 funded accounts, passed first time the challenges successfully, and then requested a withdrawal. However, I have not received my payment.

I feel very disappointed and believe this may be a scam. My recommendation is to be careful and think twice before buying any challenge from Tradex Mastery.

Vandaag alweer naar 54 dagen een slechte mail ontvangen. Een week geleden een bericht gestuurd waar blijf mijn storting? After waiting for 54 days, I contacted your support team again last week to ask about the status of my deposit/payment. In your latest response, you stated that I allegedly used copy trading and therefore I am not eligible for a payout.
I would like to clearly state that I have not used copy trading at any time. Therefore, this reason for refusing my payment is incorrect.
Furthermore, several other users, including friends of mine, have experienced the same situation and received identical explanations despite not using copy trading. This raises serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of your practices.
I kindly request a clear explanation supported by evidence and the immediate processing of my payment. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will consider submitting formal complaints to consumer protection authorities and sharing my experience publicly.
