Breach of guidelines
A Very Disappointing and Untrustworthy Experience
One of my friends told me about a platform called Tradex Mastry. Since I own a financial services and brokerage company, I introduced this company to some clients and trainees. Unfortunately, all of them ended up losing their accounts — except for me.
I personally achieved profits of $1,965 on a $200,000 funded account. I passed the first challenge (10%) and the second challenge (5%), and even exceeded 18% total performance. It took me more than a month of consistent trading to reach these results.
But after requesting my payout, everything changed.
I waited two months without receiving any of my money, and I did not get any response from the company — not even an update about when the funds would be processed. This happened despite the company’s own policy stating that withdrawals require 21 business days.
My experience clearly shows that this company violates its own policies and holds clients’ funds, which is unacceptable. I became extremely frustrated, to the point where it affected my trading decisions and made me lose confidence in trading altogether.

Not A Trustworthy Company
It’s important to go with a trustworthy prop firm and TradeXMastery is NOT that. I made over $10,000 in profit over a month ago without breaking a rule. Then once I requested a payout they waited over a month to deny my payout and close my account, claiming I broke a rule under section “10.3.13”
I’ve reached out to support and no one has been able to answer my simple questions. Which are:
1. If I broke a rule how come my account wasn’t closed the day I broke it?
2. How can you guys say I broke a rule when I never even got close to my daily drawdown or max drawdown? Which are THE ONLY 2 RULES you have on your website for the challenge
3. What is section “10.3.13 overleverage” mean in numbers. How can someone over leverage? (Give me an example with numbers and lot sizes) and show how I violated this.
4. How can you feel comfortable scamming people?

I have been asking for a refund on two accts (that were never activated) for almost a month. You WILL NOT get support or customer service, you will be ignored, tickets closed without resolving and treated like you are a problem and they don't have time for you, no matter how polite your are. I have provided screenshots of how awefull they have been and they don't care because they are still getting paid their hourly wage. This company has to be a front for something, I don't see how they wan to be in "business" with CS like this. AND for what I am reading, they don't pay in a timely manner, even with all the money you will bring in they will take more than 20 days to pay a withdraw. STAY AWAY.

I opened another ticket, so someone else helps me, since Charlene doesn't want to, and the ticket was closed as soon as I opened it.

I have never received any evidence or “supporting references” regarding this alleged violation. In fact, your own Support Team has repeatedly told me that my case is still “pending review”, not finalized — I have that message in writing.
I have requested specific proof multiple times (trade IDs, timestamps, comparison data, or any audit log showing prearranged or synchronized trading), and none has been provided. Without that, your claim remains unverified.
Until your compliance team provides verifiable evidence and resolves this contradiction between your public and private messages, I stand by my original review.
Please be transparent — send the actual documentation of this alleged violation, or acknowledge that my case is still under review as your support messages indicate.

This is my third review for this Propfirm (Don't know why Trustpilot Hide my original 3erd opinion. I sent all the images and things they requested to republish my opinion but they didn't). So, Based on my previous review, I've already received my fourth withdrawal credit, so I'm giving it a 3-stars rating. General context... My first 3 withdrawals were made in less than 11 days (3, 5, and 11, respectively); therefore, I had a 5-star rating in my first review. For my second review, frustrated by a wait of more than 21 business days, I gave it a 2-star rating, assuming I had already received payment for 3 withdrawals. This time, I'm upgrading to 3 stars, considering that after 34 calendar days, I finally received my 4th withdrawal. I can also attest that the platform does pay, but there's still a lot for improvement in terms of payment times and execution (this is the most important thing for a Propfirm and the main reason its clients look for it). I hope to be able to write a next review, positively reaffirming they improvement in effective withdrawal times, since in accordance with its policies, Until withdrawals are effective and the account balance has been updated, it is recommended not to operate the account to avoid withdrawal denials. In my case, I had to keep my funded account unused for over a month.
This opinion and experience was from octuber 8th; when finally TradexMastery confirm the 4th payout.
Actually I'm close to reach my second 100K acount. And as I said, if they improve the time to make withdrawals I put again another 5 stars.
