This is sad..

First wait almost 2 months, for withdrawal, then after this rejected this one for no reason, block my account and give me answer for it, you break the rule of hadging.. i have all screenshots on my mobile from trading account and i didnt do one trade like this, they just dont find any excuse for cancel my withdrawal and block my account..

Disappointed

Don’t waste your money on this company. At first everything was ok. Bought two accounts. Got about 6 payouts which all together was bit more then 3k. Started my challenge at August. Traded same style since, didn’t copied any trades, did all myself. And then yesterday (04.12.25) got email from them that my account been suspended for copy trading and I have been using 71 unique ip addresses. Are you serious? Do they even know how phone ip addresses works? I don’t sit at home,connected to WiFi .
Think the real reason was something else. I didn’t blow tens of accounts, so they didn’t made money. And most of payouts was longer then 21 business days.
They maybe treat Akashx (who are allowed to copy trades)customers different because they got some kind of deal, but they are the same JOKE as tradexmastery.
Overall I was in profit, but I don’t recommend this propfirm. Don’t waste your money and most of it TIME with them.

waiting for credentials a week and no response

I send you a message yesterday and no answer.

I am waiting a whole week now for my account, but I was told it would take 3 buiiness days.

This is unacceptable and rude. I have been waiting for and answer for 24 hours now and today is friday so I dont hope that you answer on monday because that will be very bad for your reputation.
I would like someone to at least say something instead of not hearing anything and having the feeling that im waiting on nothing!!!!

It has been more than 3 buisiness days and I still did not get my email with credentials

The worst prop firm in the industry

The worst prop firm in the industry. Waiting for a payout almost 3 months is ridiculous. When they promised 21 days to get a payout more than 500 usd. Then you opened more than 3 tickets, you get an automatic response or copy paste from AI or something. They don't even have an address on the website. You reached all the Departments but you are always get the same response that we are still checking your payout or I already escalated to the relevant department, etc etc. Please do the payouts instead waiting for some customers blow their accounts. We already know the scheme.

Another day, another review till I get my payout
I’ve been trying to get a hold of support for my pending payout which is well over the 30 business days they asked for…..
Prior to now they been saying 30 days , now it’s over 30 days and support no longer replies to my ticket as clearly, they are avoiding my tickets for some reason….thye don’t reply and even they social media will make excuses and try to send u back to submit a ticket they won’t attend to

I just need my payout and not this weird games y’all are playing with people trading career.

I have tried to wait as long as…

I have tried to wait as long as possible before I wrote this review because I have been patient but every since the new transition of the website this has been a letdown they do not respond to support emails and I have been locked out of my back office for over a month and I do not get emails to reset password and they do not respond to my many requests I have been trying to login to request a withdrawl and this is horrible. They have no problem sending promotional emails tho this seem to come like clock work all i want is a simple reply and solution to this constant locking out of profile forcing me to try to change passwords and its not just me its people I referred as well. Its funny because seem to respond the reviews quick as possible please keep that same urgency for customer support as well

I completed my challenge and requested…

I completed my challenge and requested a payout. They told me it would take some time, so I waited. Support barely responded and kept giving me excuses. After waiting far longer than they saiid, they suddenly emailed me saying my withdrawal was rejected and my account was blocked. My friend told me about centûry 100 and to my honest surprise, everything went smoothly, much better than I thought. I got all my payouts steadily without any problem.

The second payout was declined after our team reviewed the trading activity and confirmed multiple violations of our terms and conditions. These included wrongful hedging, high frequency scalping and synchronized or copy trading activity, all of which fall under sections 10.3.2, 10.3.6 and 10.3.10 of our policy.

Diabolical experience on having you reply to me…

My experience on having you reply to me after 8 attempts of communication has been diabolical! You have not only ignored me me over 3 times it has been 8 ! Copy trading is only permitted for members with an active AkashX subscription and at the time of your request, there was no active AkashX subscription for your account. Our Billing team also confirmed they cannot transfer your previous subscription to your current account, although they did suggest a workaround to help you move forward. WARNING! MY EXPERIENCE WITH TRADEXMASTERY – ONLY ASKING FOR THE PRICE OF ONE SUCCESSFUL ACCOUNT!



I want to warn everyone to be cautious with TradeXMastery’s services.
Over the past year, I purchased 32 challenge accounts, and out of these, only 1 was successful (Account ID: 1587556), where I managed to collect 1500 USDT. I requested a refund for the price of this single successful account – which is rightfully mine.

And what did the company do? They blocked the account 40 days later, apparently to avoid paying out my funds.

When I asked for clarification, Andre, their support agent, wrote:

> “Once a violation has taken place, refunds are no longer available under any circumstance... If you proceed to initiate a chargeback, you will be banned from TXM's services.”

In other words:
If you speak up, you get banned.
If you request a refund through your bank, you get banned.
If you defend your rights, you get banned.

The worst part? They never provided any specific information about where I supposedly violated rules or made a mistake. The whole system is completely one-sided. Every user can be blocked like this, and then they offer a “replacement account” – for yet another payment.

This is not fair, not transparent, and the customers’ interests clearly do not matter – only the company’s money does.

Lesson learned:
💥 Think twice before purchasing a TradeXMastery account.
💥 If you try to recover your own funds, don’t expect fair treatment.

I went through it myself, and now I know: this is not a fair game, it’s a dead-end.

Takes too long to get money out

Takes too long to get money out.
And you are not really buying the size of your account, you are only buying the daily drawdown which is only 5% (NOTHING!). That’s really ALL you have to trade with. Challenge and funded accounts are highly misleading. Don’t be fooled by the big numbers. They aren’t what I are buying.

Regarding your October 8 payout request, our records show that it was completed on November 6. This was still within our 21 to 30 business day processing policy during high volume periods. On the account structure, you are not purchasing the account balance itself. Instead, you receive access to a larger trading account so you can operate with professional capital rather than personal funds. The drawdown is simply the loss limit allowed while trading that larger capital. It is not the amount you are trading with, but rather the maximum loss permitted to ensure responsible risk management. This is how most prop firms work and many traders find this structure beneficial because it allows them to trade meaningful sizes without risking personal savings.
