Having tradify as our base for quotes, jobs, time keeping , invoicing, back costing and history of each job all in one place makes it extremly tidy. All our staff are working remotely so scheduling, job history as some run for several monthes are so important and easy when all this can be accessed from anywhere.

I required a way to produce professional looking certificates after i had finished my jobs. I was also using Google calendar to manage my projects. I set up my Tradify account and within ten minutes i had a lad from customer service on the phone helping me to set my account up and walking me through how to create my certificates. Max was extremely helpful and even helped me to cut my monthly costs down for the first 8 months. Cannot fault their customer service. would definitely recommend for businesses.

I don’t know how I’ve managed before. But we’ve Tradify it just makes it a whole lot easy no chasing up people customers. It just automatically keeps on reminding him until they paid it. Really is a simple tool to use. If you don’t believe me, give it a go got nothing to lose plenty gain including time.

The software is easy to use, one of the great thing i like also is that the enquiry functionality for customers which is linked to my website for customer to get in touch, i also use the same link for when customer contact me on my mobile, i just reply to them with the enquiry ling which enables them to fill in there details which sends it into Tradify, i can then create a job from there.

What a great tool, From pricing to invoicing. The value for back costing in real time is a fantastic benefit for our company. Other features including time sheets, note sections and scheduling for our team makes planning and information sharing a breeze.

Have been using Tradify for approximately 4 years now, and after trying more than my fair share of job management programs we have found one that does everything we need. From the clear job schedular to customer invoices Tradify meets all our needs, we are a 3 man team, with subcontractors so integration with them is easy also.
Also the website feature has been a game changer and so easy to set up.
Although the price does go up there is regular communication from the team at Tradify giving you constant updates to see that your money is being spent on constantly upgrading the software and the team are very approachable, responsive to emails and new ideas from users.
Well done Tradify a great product

Used other invoices, quoting and scheduling software before but this one brings everything together integrate with Xero and is specifically great for our business. Can’t fault it, makes it so easy from enquiry’s, quoting, adding materials, scheduling and invoices. Be hard to find an app for work/business that beats it.

Tradify has been a godsend on my business so far. I can create a quote, add photos, turn it into a job, turn it into an invoice and create job cards for sign offs. It even sends data to my accounting software. Makes my small business look and feel like a big business and gives me a bit of credibility. The app is easy to use especially when you are out and about on job sites. The thing l love the most is how the computer and the app work so well together and how smooth it all works. Also the YouTube video are great when I am not 100% on something, I can just get info when needed.

We've been using Tradify for a few years now and I've got to say, It's Awesome! It's very easy to use, has a great flow and lets every team member see what stage we're at with the job. It's easy to navigate and has some great features that WILL make your life so much easier! I'll also just add that we're not even the type of customer Tradify is aimed at! We're an engraving company, and it still ticks every box we need (almost) If you are the type of company this software is aimed at, you won't go wrong.

We've been using Tradify for well over a year now and it's been great. The UI is laid out in a basic format. It is super easy to use, all tabs are easily accessible and clearly marked and most features are enabled by default, unlike some of the competitors out there, which can take a while to set up.
Quoting and invoicing is made super simple and professional and the templates are easily customised to suit each individual business. It links perfectly with Xero and some other accounting packages.
New updates in 2024 / early 2025 brought some AI features such as "smart read" for supplier invoice support and "smart write" for putting some additional zing on your quotes and invoices, which has saved a lot of time. To-Do lists has been great for setting reminders to do a certain task or order material for a certain job with in the app (no more double handling with notes app on the phone).

CONS (my personal preference)
I wish the business logo transferred to all pages of a quote/invoice, not just the top page.
I wish all To-Do / tasks were visible from the dispatch board, easily visible to see when navigating the UI with out having to actually click the "To-Do button"
Would be good if all scheduled jobs auto "checked in" when arriving to site like some of the other platforms allow. If you have multiple jobs scheduled for the day, it's sometimes hard to remember to log times on site, or remember what times you were there.
When creating quotes/ invoices, notes or To-Do lists, an auto save feature implemented here would save a lot of time. I have been caught out a few times, especially on the mobile app, not hitting save and loosing all the info I had just typed in.
I don't like how invoices are sent as links, not PDF's. Sometimes people may think it's a scam and not open and/or pay their invoices. I have had certain clients that refuse to open links, so I have had to download the invoice as a PDF and then attach it as an attachment with he email, which is time consuming. I know other platforms such as servicem8 do this natively.
So many more pros and cons, but these are the basics for me. Overall, Tradify has been perfect for me as a small business and what my needs have been so far. As with all platforms, there is room for improvement with future updates, I hope Tradify listen to a few of my concerns and consider implementing them with future updates.
If you're just starting out in business, or looking to refresh your current job management processes, give Tradify a go. It has been fantastic for us and highly recommend it.
