My experience of using Tradify, has been nothing but good.
As a department within a business, we use most elements that Tradify offers which helps streamline our line of communication, fact finding, quoting, estimating scheduling and invoicing in conjunction with Xero keeping everything in one place.
Tradify has been our saviour for legacy jobs when the client occasionally tries to claim negligence or failure of products, you have peace of mind, that all elements of the job performed are all contained within the job as a cross reference, from completion notes of the technician, times we were onsite to parts used.
It serves our business well and has been recommended to a few of my friends in different industries with small businesses.

Works very well does a lot more than I need but that is better than not enough I have used it for 4 years and recommended it to 2 trade friends oh and it works with quickbook as well and that is a bonus

I’ve tried other software over the years, but I always end up back at Tradify. None seem to offer the customization or reporting Tradify offers and at such a reasonable price point. You can run your entire company in Tradify, while with other software, I always ended up having multiple spreadsheets outside of the software to track and build quotes, material purchases, profitability, etc. Build PO’s, track material? You can. Want to build a quote based off time and material? You can. Want to build a quote off flat rate (kits)? You can. You can use AI to scan your packing slips and attach costs to jobs (no one offers this). You can take pictures and upload to jobs or customers. Want to invoice time and material? You can. Want to invoice a percentage of a quote? You can. Want to invoice a dollar amount of quote? You can. Want to invoice by dates? You can.
Somethings lacking would be being able to build invoices using kits (flat rate) if a customer adds something while you are already on the a job (you can always make a quote with it and have them approve it, however). And it does lack the polish of the more expensive software, but it is completely functional and more than makes up for it with the features it provides.
Other software now has automated review requests which is helpful, but I’ve setup our invoices so when the invoice email is sent to the customer, there’s a link asking for a reviews. The support staff is extremely responsive. As a North American based business, some might find the support based in NZ time zone a disadvantage but I enjoy it because I can get help well into the evening or even weekends when I wouldn’t have been able to either other providers.

As a new startup, it was important for me to have a the right administration tool right from the getgo. Tradify ticked all the boxes for me, from quoting to invoicing, with a lot more in between that I have yet to fully utilize. After signing up for a trial, the tech support was superb, with a 1 on 1 video zoom call organized, taking me through the platform, step by step. It's been a few months now, and I have completed many jobs using both the phone app and web version, both are so easy to use. They even link to my account software (Xero) so my finances stay accurate. Awesome tradesman tool, highly recommend.

The app was easy to navigate and does everything a person needs to keep track of their business. I particularly like the ability to upload receipts to each individual job. As a matter of fact I use the app every day and find it most helpful to run a business from a mobile, from allocation of hours to a job, to costs relating to a job to invoicing, all can be done from your mobile, efficiently and easily. Even though the app can be accessed from a laptop I have no need to do so. We live on our mobile and you can run your business that way with Tradify.

I love using Tradify. It is visually appealing, easy to use, easy to edit things such as your logo or the items you want showing on quotes and invoices. It makes entering and keeping track of customers a piece of cake.
I love the note section on each job where we can record our clients paint colours or special notes about individual jobs.
We use the timesheets and I love that you can change the colour for each staff member.
There are also features I don't use that I can see of use to others, such as the to do lists - I am still a bit old fashioned and like paper to do lists.
It is a very simple straightforward platform that anyone can easily learn to use, and if you have any problems or can't figure something out a human is at the other end and is more than happy to email you back and help you out. I've had a few occasions to email over the years and someone has responded within the day and has the answer for me.
I'm sure I've missed some things, but basically I see no reason at all to even consider using a different platform and every reason to stay with Tradify for the long term future.

We were originally with another provider for our bookwork and timesheets. The difference in quality and easy to understand use makes Tradify simple and not stressful at all. I can see why so many rely on Tradify. Its magic.
Tradify is an excellent job management system & makes keeping track of everything related to each job very easy. The invoicing is very professional & the Xero integration removes the need for double entry for both sales & purchases. Friendly customer service is just a phone call away & every request is actioned immediately, just like the old days before useless automated chat bots existed!
