This company has really gone downhill
This company has really gone downhill. We bought doors from them previously and were pleased by the experience. However, this time we were very disappointed. We ordered the doors on 2 October with a lead time of 5-6 weeks, but they were not actually delivered until 18 December - a very significant delay.
Worse, we had arranged for delivery at about 1.30pm. We were at the property from 1.05pm but the drivers had already been and left the doors in the road, completely unprotected and not even within the curtailage of the house. When I called the company, the person on the phone (very implausibly) claimed they had no way of contacting the delivery drivers (even though they are part of the company, not a separate delivery firm) and I was left to ask a passing deliveryman for help moving the doors.
When I wrote to complain, the company ignored the message.
Very disappointing as the doors are of adequate quality and we had previously had a good experience but I would now not recommend them.
