Bought a silverton from Costco (thank…

Bought a silverton from Costco (thank them for their return policy). Traeger was NO help in diagnosing my heating issue and if you can believe this, they do not even have a SERVICE representative or company to service their products. I said to them "In Irvine CA (So cal) you are telling me there is no representative to support your products?" the answer was no and I was to take it back to Costco, which is did and even they said, they have seen many issues with traeger. Stay away from Traeger.

Terrible Customer Service

Product arrived damaged and when calling customer service, as the information indicated, they refused to help. They do not stand by their product and will do anything they can to to get out of warranty. Terrible experience and won't do business with them again.

Purchased a Silverton Grill for over…

Purchased a Silverton Grill for over $700. The temperature was never what dialed on the control unit. Called Traeger Grills and they diagnosed the problem to be the RTD, temperature sensor. It has been over two months and still on Back Order. Not happy with the response to get my grill working. As of now, it is just a very heavy paper weight.
