Over and over, I'd say Trafft answered my prayers. With a business with tons of bookings, a user-friendly and economic system is what I need. Trafft has made everything seamless for me as the owner and the admin of my company. Now, I don't need to explain how my services should be paid. With one single setting and a custom field set up, my customers are easily made understood that they had to pay for the booking ( note that i haven't used the payment options in this). Just the link and I'm all good!

Setting up Trafft was effortless, the support was fast and VERY effective, most support are trying to get rid of you and answer you a few useless lines, this was not the case here !

Trafft can be connected to anything pretty much effortlessly i don't know what to add, just overall simple to use

Before using Trafft, I tried other "similar" tools such as: Calendly, TidyCal, Zoom.ai, and others... If you compare the features side-by-side... Like me, you'll likely realize that Trafft stands head-and-shoulders above these other tools. There is little comparison really. From adding coupons, to group bookings, to crafting a complex series of notification steps --- Trafft is a flexible booking engine that is designed to act as a funnel.. I really can't say enough about their library of add-on features, their responsive client support, their beginner-friendly U/I... Wow. Wow... Wow... Both my wife are huge fans!! Keep up the good work Trafft!!

I've been trying out a number of booking platforms as part of starting up my private practice and for me Trafft is the best! When I first signed up, Trafft was new on the market and missed a few functions that I would have appreciated, but in the span of a few months those functions -and more- are in place! The Trafft team is committed to making this the best platform and are continuously upgrading it. Would definitely recommend this software to anyone wanting a beautiful booking platform that is easy to use for admin and clients.

The booking process is so easy and the scheduling system is really powerful. I've used it to book appointments for my business and it's been a total lifesaver. The customer service is great too - they always respond quickly to my questions. I can't recommend trafft enough!

Great tool for booking a consultation with tons of features and best UI after calendly for me. I love how deep you can control things. Support team is superb as well and always reply back within 24-hours.

Trafft is one of the best scheduling platforms for your appointments. We have been using it for our agency and it's fast and smooth. UX and UI is well designed and pricing si very affordable. Get your scheduling done with payments like Stripe then push it to Google Calendar and setup your reminders. That's it :)

I have used several apps like this in the past but have always found things that didn't quite fit in with how i wanted to make my bookings. However, Trafft is so easy to set up and keep up to date and is rock solid in my opinion. I've rarely had to speak to support but when i have they have been quick to reply and fix my problem (albeit most of them were user error)

The roadmap looks great too with lots of added functionality to come.. I couldn't be Happier!

I've tried so many different booking apps... None of them had all the features I wanted. When I found Trafft, my wish finally came true. It's a perfect booking app, in my opinion. It's very intuitive, easy to use and has ALL the features you might want in a booking platform. Plus their support is awesome. They reply right away and help with whatever issues you might experience.

I've been looking for a simple to use, fast, comprehensive, flexible, and easy to set up booking system that is cloud based for quite some time.

I think I've finally found it!

Built by the people who built the well regarded "Amelia" plugin, this cloud based booking platform ticks almost all the boxes for me.

I listed most of the Pros in the first paragraph. Here's a couple of things that I believe they are working on but aren't quite there yet. I'm excited for the full implementation and they may be finished by the time you read this review.

1) Full implementation of booking online meetings that are accessed through a private URL (Google Meet and Zoom meetings already work great).

2) Separate redirect URLs per service

3) Full Implementation of Events Bookings

For my needs I am able to use a couple of work-arounds because the system is very flexible and the support is great. The team seems to be constantly making improvements so I'm confident that everything will be perfect in a reasonable amount of time.

A booking system that does everything you need and more. I wanted a booking system that my clients would find straight forward to use and pleasing on the eye. Well now I have found all this and alot more. Trafft is a great booking software and I can't recommend it enough.

Trafft is super for bringing order to his appointments. Especially the intuitive user interface and the individual settings are great. Furthermore, I personally like the design and the fast service.

Unfortunately, there is no mobile app, but the website is of course optimized for smartphones. An app would still be great because of notifications for appointments.

We solve the problem that customers without appointments simply appear. Thanks to Trafft, our customers can now choose their own appointment. That helps us a lot with planning

It is great, I have been searching for a tool like this for my project, it really help saved many administration time for our team or to set up our own solution, which would be much more complicated, involving google sheets and what not.

It supports traditional Chinese and is easy to use, which is great

I have been using Trafft for some time and I have to say it has been a great addition to my work.

Since I have a coaching business I have to book a lot of clients and I had to look for booking tool. Great online scheduling tool that I am happy with and more importantly my customers are happy with.

Trafft is a very capable booking manager, even at the free tier. I was able to create a good looking page with custom graphics in very little time. Highly recommended!

When I first came across Trafft on AppSumo, I was sceptical of their claims. Nevertheless, with a 30-day money-back guarantee, I decided to give it a spin as I really needed a replacement for the booking system I'd been using since 2017.

The booking system I was using did a good job but had their branding on my booking pages and refused to remove it (which was something I always hated, especially as I was paying a monthly premium).

Anyway, fast forward, after testing Trafft all I can say is I'm thoroughly pleased with their platform.

It ticks all the boxes that my clients need when booking their interviews on my Impact Makers Radio Show.

More pleasing is how the Trafft team listen to feedback and apply new features where technically possible (and they are not slow in doing so either).

Overall, I am really pleased with Trafft's booking system and highly recommend you take a look if you need a reliable booking system, with your own branding, and a company that listens to your suggestions.
