Easy to use and easy to integrate
Our company accepts 99% of all applications via telephone and e-mail. I am very glad that there is an opportunity to unload our operators. It is an amazing tool, easy to use and easy to integrate. This is the perfect assistant - nothing superfluous that can distract, only the functions that you need in a stable and beautifully packaged service. I rarely go to the "About us" section of the site, but after looking, I realized that a really powerful experienced team with a lot of regalia is engaged in the product. What I would like to note:
What will be useful (in my opinion):
1. Increase conversion. Turn visitors into booked meetings
2. Improving user experience and increasing customer loyalty
3. Accelerate the sales funnel
4. Saving time
What did you like:
1. Excellent design and easy to understand
2. Two-way SMS notifications.
3. Creating an embedded booking page on your website, taking into account your needs and branding
4. Discount and coupon management
5. Integration with many online tools
6. Excellent synchronization with my calendars
Looking forward to:
1. At the moment, most of all I lack translation into other languages.
2. There is no limit on the number of meetings per employee
3. No iCal integration
4. More payment gateway options

Fresh and easy to use booking tool
I was choosing software for our booking needs a couple of months ago and came across Trafft. I liked how the workflow is structured in general and it was intuitive to set up, also, seems that it has everything to cover our growth - we have just a couple of people on board now, but plan to hire more in the coming month, and add another location, which is nicely supported by Trafft.
I like how all appointments are synced with our calendars, we don’t have to keep checking the schedules on several softwares.
