The food hygiene course.

This course gave so much detail about the expectations when working in the food industry. It made both my colleagues and I realise just how many issues there were on our premises which we now know how to put right! There was always somebody on the other end of a phone if we experienced any technical issues. The end of module pdf files will be put to excellent use with students as well as staff.

The training academy offers courses that are quality-controlled by ROSPA, local authority and CPD-accredited. In addition, courses are professionally created and contents frequently updated in depth and breadth to meet the demands of industry employers. Staffs are professional, detailed-oriented and hit the nail in resolving students' needs especially relating to accreditation by government and relevant bodies as well as meeting requirements of industry employment. The quality of the courses are strong, reliable and gains the respect of many employers.

The course I completed was the Level 2 Food Safety Catering and the presentation for all the modules were very easy to understand with audio support. Each module was very concise on each page with the information set out neatly into batches that made sense to progress through which for me made the information quicker to digest and associate.

Fantastic online course. I took the level 2 food safety in catering course, which was informative and really good.
I have never done an online course before, and was really surprised at the detailed content and how much I learnt. I passed the course and looking for further courses to complete.
Would highly recommend the company and the customer care I recieved. I am very happy with the qualification I have gained.

An excellent place to learn thoroughly what you need to know and get those certificates!

Site froze, unable to complete course, refresh button not an option, option page talks about not refreshing page and paying for the course again...... sent message and 3 days later still waiting for a reply. Would not recommend this company for online training as I’ve used 3 other companies for my staff and this is the first time anyone had a problem with completing a course.

I have found the whole experience very user friendly, nothing is too much trouble for the Train4 Academy team. I have worked on many management systems in my working life and I have to say this is the easiest to use and does exactly what you require.
If there is anything you feel you need on your reports, they will accommodated your requests if at all possible, if not they seem to be able to make it happen.
The staff, from first point of contact are all really helpful, friendly and all go the extra mile for you.

The training layout and resources provided are excellent.
The option to save your progress and log in at a later stage is particularly beneficial as in some cases candidates may be called away during the training if completing while in work.
We use this training framework for all our sites and would highly recommend it to food businesses where it is not applicable to conduct off site training for Staff.

The lesson layout is set out great as it is done in stages and you can go back to recap if needed. i found it easy to understand and follow. The assessment part is great because it is simple and the questions are easily understood, also the fact that the questions are multiple choice was good for me because it enables you to look for the most appropriate answer.
Overall my experience with Train4academy was fantastic and i would recommend the company to anyone. kind regards Luke.

I work for a dairy. We use online training platforms for Food Safety, HAACP, and Health and Safety Training. I found Train 4 Academy when I was tasked with finding a company that provided comprehensive training relevant to the food and beverage industry at a more economical cost to our company. I have not regretted this decision at all. The content and the assessments are very well presented and the customer service I have received from the Train 4 Academy staff is second to none. I expect we will be using the Train 4 Academy always now.

I really enjoyed the course, as I had been working a HACCP which was in place previously, and was not sure why some things were done, I have a better understanding after completing this course. It was perfect for me, as I like to listen, read and watch in order to learn. There was also the added help of downloads so that I could revise out of the office.

Great content, easy to navigate through the programme and keeps you interested with dynamic slides. Customer service is fantastic and very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend them

We have been using Train4Academy for online health and safety and fire awareness training for a number of years. I have always found the staff very easy to contact either by email or over the phone, and they are very prompt at dealing with requests and answering any questions.

Our staff appreciate being able to complete the training at their desk at a time that suits them, being able to dip in and out as and when they are able to. This way of learning really suits us in a busy office environment, and saves groups of people being away from their desks at one time to attend 'classroom' style training.

Highly recommended!
