Great experience

I like your App. I wish that you don’t charge me in $USD as I get screwed by the exchange rate and this may be a factor if I renew next year as I’m Canadian, so are you and yet, I have to pay more for a product from here.
Why don’t you do what NPE, And so many more do, if the products are $500, you pay your country dollar, euros, pounds, etc. at 500 currency rate to your country of residence. This may be what keeps me and my training friends from Calgary to remain loyal customers.

I love how easy the app is to use. I also like the new exercises added, like landmine and more barbell stuff. I would like it to be easier to download videos though. Thanks!

Good app, the library is an absolute joke though. Just trying to put basic beginner level exercises is impossible. Make it way too overcomplicated.

Just simply trying to put a hamstring stretch nothing to extravagant just seated toe touch, classic stretch. Nowhere to be found

Trainerize is one of if not the best Trainer online app there is. everything you need is right in the app and rarely need to outsource for help. IT would be nice to see a little more business features on the app. I am integrating trainerize and pulse because pulse does a better job of organizing your opportunities aka potential clients. Pulse does a good job of working with your social medias and getting people to input their email and or phone number which directly links these contacts into your pulse account.

I love the platform. As a trainer and nutrition coach the platform makes the process easy.
My only complaint thus far is that I wish you could playback and erase voice messages before sending to client.

How to start. This is my 1st time offering a review. I owned a boot camp business and used these guys for years. I liked them. I sold my business in Nov 24. I canceled the auto drafts and didn't look back. Excited about the next chapter in my life. I have sinced went though the process of canceling several more time. I even called my CC company to dispute. The cc said that Trainerize never received a cancel notice from me so continued to charge card that I continue to pay. This company was good until it wasn't. Please DON"T trust them. I pray that no one else has to go through this horrible ordeal. So sad today that you can't trust online services. Like I said 1st time writing a bad review. I don't want any others to get taken advange of like me.

Used this app with my trainer last year. Really kept me on track. Now using it on my own and find it even more helpful as I can better customize my activities / training schedule.

Easy app for my clients to use for me

Great app that is easy to use for both my clients and myself, and excellent customer service when I was first signing up to get my bearings with the app.

Simple to use app with tons of customization options

I love that Trainerize is catered to number of clients and how simple it is to use! I'm not very "techie" but they simplified it all and have amazing help anytime you need. They have a big library of exercises to drag and drop into custom programs but they also make it easy to add your own!
