Ordered some nike training gloves but…
Ordered some nike training gloves but within just one use the stitching failed on one of the fingers.
Contacting trainin is very hard work as for some reason you need to upload 10 photos of the product and packaging etc which I didn't have anymore so have just had to use the gloves as they are.
All in all the return and replace option isn't very good.
Bit slow on delivery too.

Bought a big (90L) trolley bag in April. By July the wheels had already been completely worn down, so I contacted customer support. They have provided me with a return label of a carrier that does not have any drop-off points near my house. The box is 80cm tall and way too big to transport by bike. The return department is unwilling of providing me with a different label or scheduling a pick-up appointment.

False delivery estimate
Their website advertises a false delivery estimate, do not fall for it.
Upon purchase, it stated Delivery on Sep 1, however, the parcel only arrived at the distribution centre on Sep 4, let alone at my place that they led me to believe with their delivery estimation. It’s been late more than 7 days now and all their customer service does is to tell me I could have chosen a different mail service, as it was my own fault.
Do not buy from this company. Terrible service.

The order placed on June 9th remains unfulfilled to this day. The company is incompetent, the customer service is poor, the complaint is still pending, and one DONR complaint form was lost or not submitted to the post office for processing. The company requires another form to be completed. They don't respond to customer questions, but instead send standard system emails when the disc is jammed. The money I paid hasn't been refunded, even though I haven't received the shipment to this day. I don't recommend this company; it's a nightmare! I won't let this matter go! This is a Spanish company, but they operate in the United Kingdom. They ship parcels from Spain and bear no responsibility to customers in the UK. This is an ongoing matter! I'm seeking legal help!

Still waiting for a top I ordered on…
Still waiting for a top I ordered on 7th June (it’s now 29th June). Estimated delivery was between 18th-20th. On 26th I had a email to say it had been dispatched. It’s still in transit. Assuming it arrives tomorrow that’s still knocking on a month waiting. I saved myself a couple of quid to buy from this retailer, but if I’d known I would have bought from elsewhere and received within a few day. Fortunately I’m not desperate for this top but a word of warning for anyone who wants to receive an item within an acceptable timeframe - don’t bother with this company.
Update. Apparently it’s now ‘going through customs’. Clearly these are not products that are in the UK. Nothing to suggest that when placing an order. They need to be more transparent.
