I placed an order on 29 May with the expected delivery between 17-21 June... Of course I still haven't received my order and there is no way to contact the company (if it is a company at all) to get any further update. The status of my order is "under delivery" - and of course this may now take forever to deliver (if at all).

I ordered a treadmill from this company on the 23rd of May on the basis they had it in stock and could deliver it by the 27th May. That date came and went and when I contacted them to advise it hadn’t been delivered I was told it was just a short delay and would be with me soon. It’s now the 12th June, still no treadmill and whilst many of my emails they ignore the ones they do reply to tell me they “can’t track it to give me an estimated date” “be patient and wait another 5-7 days” and “don’t worry it’s on the way to your country!” I’ve told them I have a disability that requires regular physio and so I have to have a treadmill to do that on and I’ve gone over 2 weeks now unable to do it, so I’ve bought one elsewhere and told them to cancel this one. 3 emails telling them to cancel it went ignored until I finally got an email saying I can’t cancel it because it’s in transit! “In transit” but they don’t know where it is, can’t track it and can’t give me a delivery date! Absolutely appalling way to do business!

There is a problem with Vibram sizes that you are selling in the model that I purchased. I am a standard size 7, that is the item I ordered and for the second time, I have to return the item because it does not fit. The first time, it took more than 6 weeks to get a refund using your returns system. I am buying expensive items from you, paying expensive return fees and getting no consideration from your customer services of my inconvenience so why should I EVER buy from you again?
I would leave zero stars for ai non-human customer service if possible.

The above was what I received when I placed an order for a treadmill on Friday 3rd May 2024 and was told the order will be delivered between 3rd and the 6th May. I knew this was inaccurate as it’s impossible to deliver item same day as I ordered! But I didn’t think that they’d take my money and then go radio silent on me!
I placed several orders at the same with other retailers and have received my orders as of today the 8th of May, but not a word from Traininn about my order or shipment.
I tried chatting with them on WhatsApp since I’m based in the Uk but the bot kept regurgitating the same nonsense over and over again without answering my questions… so exasperating! I will never shop here again and if I don’t hear anything within the next 24hrs, I will cancel the transaction and claim my money back from my credit card company. What a useless website and total waste of my time!
UPDATE (24th May 2024) :
The useless company NEVER delivered the item! They use the worst reviewed courier company on the internet (DACHSER). Item was stuck in Girona and not moving forever. The tracking details is abysmal and not fit for purpose. Then out of the blue it was updated to “shipment cancelled - return requested” which I never initiated.
If you appreciate your sanity, STAY WELL AWAY from this joke of a retailer who lure you with “cheaper” prices but are a logistical nightmare!
I’m glad I got my money back swiftly from my credit card company.

I was nervous about ordering as the company weren't based in the UK, also worried the trainers would be fakes. However I had a great experience and although delivery took a bit of time from Spain, I am very happy with my Under Armour trainers and the price I got them for.

I was a little sceptical about purchasing on Traininn to be honest as the prices on some items are far lower than some competitors however I’ve been pleasantly surprised and blown away with the service, I saved money on my item’s and they were delivered seamlessly with up to date tracking info every step of the way. I would definitely use them again based on this experience.

Very bad service and shipping. Ordered a pair of boxing gloves one and a half month ago and haven't heard anything yet. Only says pick up scheduled. Tried reaching out but you only get redirected to a whatsapp AI which is horrible. Would not recomend.

My husband is an anesthetist. This are his favourite type of shoes in theathers in fact his 3rd pair that we ordered although one shoe is smaller. Must be a bad batch. We ordered the same size as usual. He gave it a go to work that shoe for last 3 weeks but ended up now not wearing it as it's painful. We wasted 70£ not sure how to go about it.
Update: I have requested a return and possible exchange as adviced below.

I have been writing to them multiple times , I have been trying to chat with them via WhatsApp but I have not received any help from this company. This is the worst service I have ever received.

I made a purchase in mid December 2023 and as I wanted to ensure that I revised the order before Christmas I paid quite a lot more for faster shipping, several days later when the delivery date arrived, they had not even shipped the product yet. I contacted the website and through a series of email could not get any information about when the order one arrive; at or stage they tried to blame Covid restrictions despite all Covid restrictions having been removed over a year ago! As the delivery was seriously delayed I requested a refund on the shipping cost I had paid, however they refused this, eventually as an act of goodwill they sent me a discount code for 5% off.
Roll on several weeks later and I needed to order something else they sold so tried to place the order only for the discount code not to work. As it wasn’t a high price I figured I’d just place the order anyway and give them a chance to ship my order in a timely manner this time. Yet once again the order as not even shipped despite it now being the delivery date and once again no explanation of why there is a delay of any kind.
I really would not recommend this website in any way what so ever.
