Couldn’t fine the trainers anywhere else and these were a great price. Arrived quickly and extremely happy with them

Now I understand how their items are cheaper than elsewhere! Ordered a pair of trainers in my normal size and after following the sizing guideline on their website. £8+ for delivery which I thought was steep but the cheaper product made up for it.

The trainers don't fit, way too big. Would be happy to organise an exchange for a smaller size but in order to do this I have to pay £11+ to return the trainers and then another £8 for a new pair to be sent out!! Ridiculous!! Won't be purchasing from here again.

Easy web site to use. Item very quickly dispatched. Regular updates ,re assuring as package is coming from Spain Very pleased. Would use again.

The goods were branded items, so the quality is good. With a value of 72 CHF, I paid 9 CHF for shipping. When I received the package, I had to pay an additional 25 CHF for customs clearance, of which I had read nothing of the sort when ordering. From support, unfortunately, only automated responses.

Delivery was longer than advertised but very happy with the goods

I've ordered something from here several times. Everytime the order has some delay, compared to the declared delivery date. This time it took 10 days more and the tracking number didn't work. I had to contact them, received some auto-generated e-mails then, but they send me right tracking info in a short time.
Bike came undamaged, fully assembled in big box. It was necessary to adjust it completely and check the tightness of the screws. The front derailleur was installed by someone incompetent, but nothing that can't be fixed. I really like good price of it, so it's nothing to upset me.
I will definitely shop here again.

I ordered some shoes from Australia it took ages for them to arrive then they were the wrong size so I sent them back via the Traininn DHL link which cost me AUD$85 when the shoes only cost a little over AUD$100. They charged me to send back a package that was 2kgs when the package clearly stated it was only 1kg on the original packaging. After weeks of trying to get a response from TrainInn I have heard nothing about my dispute about the cost to return the shoes. I will never shop here EVER again and advise everyone not to shop at TrainInn.

Even though I have a response - it is not at all satisfactory as they have not addressed the problem of overcharging for returns.

I literally have no idea why people 1-star this shop on TrustPilot. These reviews had me terrified of this store, however, the Kingsmith Rower was available only on TrainINN (in Europe) so I dug deeper into the reviews.
It seems that majority of people are actually satisifed of the store and the 1-starrers are vocal minority that are simply impatient customers with extremely high expectations. They complain about the store being "a scam" and that they did not receive the package and yet once they receive it they do not remove or update the review...

I ordered the Kingsmith WR1 Triple Folding Rowing Machine on 20nd December 2022, it was shipped on 22nd. I received it yesterday, on 3rd January 2023, so it has been a YEAR (I am joking of course) in delivery.

According to the initial delivery schedule it was supposed to be here last week, but it was the Holiday/New-Year period so it was understandably late.

5/5 stars from me - they had the item I was searching for, the price was great and it was delivered profesionally, safely and undamaged.

I placed an order 12/12 and received a confirmation email with no working links. I never received my order (missed Christmas at this point) and have not received a shipping tracking number or email responses from customer support. When I attempt to check the status of my order, My Account shows “no orders” and no cancelled orders. Starting to feel scammed. Going to ask my credit card company to open a fraud investigation.

I order something on Saturday and my package haven’t moved for the last 4 days. The website told me it would be here on Tuesday or Wednesday but my package haven’t even moved. Can you please tell me where my package is. My order number : RE116099076NL

I like buying in trainnin, I have do it 3 times but this last one was something different, the app was failing all the time, don’t allowing to see my selected items, I had to finalize it in the webpage because the app is still not working, also the delivery is taking longer that the expected dates provided at the beggining, I needed the products for certain date and it is not going to happen, needed to buy something else in another store

Easy shopping experience, quality goods and quick delivery despite the time of year and all postal strikes too! Traininn also has strong communication which I personally really value, I was alerted at every stage so no concerns about when and where my order was.

Easy to order, had the size I was after (mens 14!). Plenty of updates on shipping. Quick delivery.

I sent a review on 12th November. Traininn responded to say they were investigating, but still nothing. I’ve clearly been scammed!!

I ordered some runners never heard back from them again phone number is not assigned tracking number doesn't work and can't get ahold of anyone vis email either

The delivery dates stated on the website cannot be trusted. These are only ESTIMATES. I understand that external factors can affect the delivery. But then do not state any dates for the delivery options that cannot be met. Or make it clear that these dates cannot be guaranteed. ESPECIALLY FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY.

Eventually its blocked and i think they working on shipping the order. I cant modify it anymore and what happening with the jacket? Eventually? Stucked… someone help me fast please before the order is shipped! And the jacket size is S instead of XL.

More than 30 days after a purchase (made on 19/09/2022), with an estimated delivery of 2 to 3 days, the package didn't arrive and Tradeinn refuses to refund. On 07/10/2022 the customer support replied to the first complain saying they’d need 10 to 15 days to investigate with the transport company. They always give the same BS bot answer. It’s probably the worse customer service I’ve dealt with.
