We're sorry to hear that the delay with your transaction caused frustration and concern. We completely understand how stressful it can be when you're expecting to receive cryptocurrency promptly and it doesn't appear in your wallet as quickly as anticipated.
After reviewing your order, we can confirm that your BTC purchase was processed successfully and the cryptocurrency was delivered from our side. Once Transak completes a Bitcoin transaction, it must then be validated and confirmed by the Bitcoin blockchain network before it becomes fully available in the recipient wallet.
Unlike some newer blockchain networks, Bitcoin prioritizes security, decentralization, and network stability. As a result, confirmation times can vary depending on network congestion and miner activity. During periods of high demand, transactions may take longer than usual to receive the necessary confirmations. This is a characteristic of the Bitcoin network itself and is outside of Transak's control.
Additionally, some wallets may occasionally experience synchronization or visibility issues that can delay the display of incoming funds, even after the transaction has been successfully broadcast and confirmed on the blockchain. As Transak is the service facilitating the purchase and not the wallet provider, we are unable to control how or when wallet applications display balances.
To help provide full transparency, we have sent a separate email containing your transaction details, blockchain transaction link, and wallet activity information for your reference.
We understand that delays involving cryptocurrency transactions can be worrying, especially when funds are involved. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while the transaction completed.

My account was blocked for days , I have reached out an email , iv had no response, it said to get intouch with the fraud team , I have done that , no response, I have sent an email through days ago and I have not been resolved , I was very disappointed , can it be resolved please?
